Destruction enchantment.

Hi guys! I finally managed to get my enchanting skill to the max and I wanted to enchant my pimped daedric armor so I could cast Destruction spells for little magicka. But right now, I'm looking for an item that I could disenchant so it would give me enchantment that lowers Destruction spells magicka cost. And I mean just this effect, because I already know the one that lowers the cost and increases magicka regen.

Any tips on where should I start looking?

I found either a circlet or gauntlets (can't remember which right now) with that effect just sitting in a trader's inventory waiting to be purchased. I am pretty sure it was the general goods trader in Whiterun.

master robes of destruction make it so destruction spells cost 22% less. and it makes magicka regenerate 150% faster. :O
