Well, I won't spoil it, but basically it involved silently killing a group of bandits so I could take the leaders armour as a sign of my awesomeness. Anyway, as I was leaving the hideout, I saw a dragon. No biggie, right? If I don't see a dragon every five minutes, there's something wrong.
Except this one was stuck in the ground So I did what any normal person would do: SNEAK ATTACK!
I discovered two things: One, I did next to no damage to him (I did at least 1500 points of damage ). And two?
It was Alduin. The World-Eater.
I had just attacked Alduin.
MOTHER*BLEEPING* ALDUIN!
*Girlish scream*
So, I pulled out my bow, poisoned it, drank a potion of True Shot, summoned my Spectral Assassin, and prepared to die a fiery death.
....Then he flew off like a pansy All while the Skyrim Theme played.
I swear I'm not making this up. I don't even know how that could happen. Does Alduin spend his spare time flying around Skyrim? Does he stalk you? I'm so confused....
That, my friend, is amazing.
I haven't had too many glitches, besides the occasional skeleton in the ground.

I believe you, because Alduin does fly around Skyrim. This is how the dragons are being brought up again in the first place. He is visiting all their burial grounds and putting their souls back into their bodies. You were probably by a burial ground, or Alduin was flying away from one. And since he is the antagonist, you can't kill him out of now where. In the wild he escapes as he is reviving a dragon, just to show that he is lurking and slowly bringing back all the dead dragons.

Really? I only saw him do that once, and that was part of a quest. Didn't know he was doing that constantly.

The thing is though, I did do damage to him, so unless he is counted as essential, It's possible you could kill him.
You'd probably need to do like 50 thousand points of damage in a couple of seconds though, so I doubt it could be done legitimately.

I was in a dungeon, one of the barrows or whatever you call them, outside of Falkearth and Lydia just stopped moving. She was walking behind me down a hallway, and just stopped like she hit a wall. No matter what I did to get her to move, she couldn't go past that point. I eventually made it to the end and out the back door and she reappeared next to me, but I don't know what stopped her before.

In the Temple of Labyrinthian there is a glitched wall, which is invisible. Out of curiosity, I tried walking through, only to find myself trapped in the glitched plane of Oblivion....
I think some of my texturing/pathing messed up. I was walking off the edge of the cliff near the Barrow, and I swear I was walking in the air for a couple of seconds...creeped me out. Lydia just fell trying to follow me.
However, it did eventually kick back in...made a nice little crater, I did.

Drop (or put away into storage) all of your arrows from your inventory. The arrow should disappear after that, then you can just pick them up and restock yourself.

Didn't work. I still have an arrow sticking out of my face. Not a huge deal, since I'm usually in first person view, but it's a bit irksome to see that arrow whenever I switch to third-person view.
EDIT: And now I have one stuck in my shoulder as well... ARGH

Try removing your armour. If your armourless avatar's missing the arrows that's a start but it's when you put it back on that counts. Haven't had this problem myself but it's a solution I found for invisible avatar\avatar anatomy in Oblivion. Being forced to visually change the avatar should (hopefully) fix things.
Has anyone decapitated an NPC's and tried to move the head around? It seems that the head is unusually heavy, like it's still connected to the body, but even the body seems to be lighter? I don't know if that's a bug or not, but its weird.

If you wear the Arch Mages robes ((which come with it's own hood)) and you equip one of the dragon priests masks ((Morkai is usually the first you get, your face dissapears and you see this big hole where your head should be.
Wierd glitches with my horse.
Everytime I mount she goes invisible for a few seconds - this is just strange, doesn't effect my game.
Problem is she does the same thing when I try to ride up a mountain. If the cliff is too steep and I tell her to jump she goes invisible. Now I'm halfway up a huge mountain and can't see what's going on. So I occasionally turn the wrong way (I'm not good in 3rd person) and end up squished at the base of the mountain. Has happened a few times now.
My mate went into his house to drop something off while a dragon was in the city (believe it was Markarth) and as he came back out, we both noticed the dragon was dead, stuck into the wall. Needless to say...we lol'ed.

Haha, you took mine. You'll notice that your shins are also invisible!
Here's a beneficial one:
I was in a dungeon called Hag's something or other and found a secret room with a dead DB guy in there. Anyway, I looted the corpse and took an Ancient shrouded cowl. It does not show up when I wear it. My head looks naked and I can wear dragon priest masks with it. I think I can actually still wear any head gear with it, but I forget.
Fightin' a dragon near a Giant's camp once. Giant helped my companion and I trash the dragon, but said companion accidentally lit the giant's mammoth on fire, so he kills ME. Not only am I dead, but the giant hit me so hard, my lifeless corpse rocketed STRAIGHT UP at least 200 feet.
I seem to have a recurring glitch where, every once in a while, when I use a blacksmith's forge, the hot iron bar will be shoved in my forearm.
Right now, I'm having this extremely annoying glitch where theres spriggan bugs swarming around me. They won't go away and I have no idea how to get them the hell off me.
