Today I was playing some Daggerfall and decided to go on a killing spree. After getting out of prison I received a letter from you know who and went to meet up with the brotherhood. I walk into the building and BAM guards all over the place shouting for me to halt. So I get charged with criminal conspiracy and decide to forget about the dark brotherhood for now.
The problem is when I go into a building (this only happens sometimes) guards will pop up and charge me with criminal conspiracy. Now is this a bug or am I just unlucky and keep walking into places that have to do with the brotherhood?

Generally this happens when you have a very low legal reputation, like 'hated' or 'pond scum'. It's nothing to do with the DB. Try moving on to a different province.
