Teleport spells?

[Osiris]

Is there such a thing as a teleport spell? And by that I mean a spell that when used shifts your character to a random location INSIDE the same room(not mark/recall etc). Because I have fought to NPC "bosses" already that were capable of vanishing and re-appearing afew metres away.
