do enchanted weapons lose their charges over time?
I was enchanting a bunch of garbage iron/steel daggers to make some gold, and when I went to store them in my wardrobe, I saw they all had varying amounts of charges, even though I've never used them, and I'm pretty sure they were fully charged when I created it. Anyone know why this would happen? I "waited" 24 hours and they all had the same charge.

Yes, but it depends on your skill in their school, if I understood things correctly.
Because there's no fun to be found in being normal.
