Lord of the Rings - The First Age

Irri approached an Orc, and swing her little sword as hard as she could. It clanged off of the Orc's armour. The servant of the enemy laughed, a chilling sound, and swung a mace at her. She barely managed to block the blow with her shield, and went sprawling away with the shield in splinters. She rolled ono her back, and squeaked in fright when she saw the Orc raising the mace above his head to kill her.

Legorond jumped in front of her and fell to the ground. The mace had broken but so had his helmet. He looked at Irri, smiled and then blacked out.

[Gandalf]

"Right, I've had enough of this." said Groogan. "Cam, you deal with him, Im gonna kill some orcs." he drew his battleaxe, and, with a bloodthirsty roar, flew into the melee.

"I'm Camthalion, and that was my dwarf companion, Groogan. It's a long story, but I trust him with my life." He drew his bowstring and an arrow flew straight between an orcs eyes, followed immediately by another one peircing it's heart."Quite a situation you have here, captain." he remarked casually.

[Eltee]

"Legorond!" Irri said, unbelieving. She grimly turned, and fast as lightening, stabbed her sword through the approaching Orc's unarmored foot.

The boy turned his attention to Cam. "Can you show me the orcs so I can kill them like my father!"

He's about five.

The orc fell backwards and died. Legorond suddenly jumped up, demonstrating his will-power by waking up. The elves were losing, quickly. He grabbed Irri's hand and retreated into the relative safety of the forest.

[Eltee]

Irri sat behind a tree, covering her face. She was covered with blood, dirt and mud, and she was shaking. "So many dead..."

Legorond ripped a piece of metal from his forehead. He was losing lots of blood. He stumbled and tripped over a log.

[Eltee]

"Legorond!" Irri cried, sitting down beside him. She ripped a strip of violet fabric off of her surcoat, and tied it around his head. "Please don't die."

[POMC S117]

He coughed. "There's some.... athelas... in my.... my... bag."

[Gandalf]

"A child? Get back to the city, NOW, boy! RUN!" he shot an orc.

Groogan was having the time of his life, but as the elves went down, more and more orcs turnd towards him, slowly overwhelming him. "Cam! Little help here?!?!" Two arrows stuck out of two orc's chests in answer.

The boy shook his head. "Me kill orcs!" He raised his stick and started to toddle towards the orcs.

[Eltee]

Spoiler:

Kingsfoil?!? But that's a weed!

Irri fumbled through his bag, and finally found the herb. She tore the plant into little pieces, and pressed them to the wound before re-tightening the cloth.

Things were moving incredibly fast for Faronhír, he rushed up the battlements to get a better grasp on the situation, hoping to use his vantage point to catch himself up on the battle that had suddenly begun all around him.

Also, how did Orcs get into the city?

He relaxed, knowing that he wasn't going to die. "Just leave me. I'll slow you down. The orcs will be coming!"

Spoiler:

They didn't. And there's a boy at your feet.

[Eltee]

"What? No!" Irri said. "If I leave you, they'll find you! And kill you! We need to get back to the city!"

[Gandalf]

Spoiler:

A very powerful healing weed.

"No, boy!" Cam picked up the child and ran towards the city gates. He yelled at a guard "Get him inside the town!"

Groogan made a twirl, spinning his battleaxe in a deadly circle, around and around, like a whirlwind of Manwe.

I never left the city, so why did an Orc just get shot in front of me by Gandalf's character? Also, I can't keep up with this, the Fourms are acting up for me and not loading

"There's no going back." A shadow loomed out of the woods. It was Beleg. "There are lots of orcs coming around the forest and running across the plains. You'd be cut down before you reached the city."

His dwarf ran out of the city nad his archer is an elf. But I do think we should slow down a tiny bit.

[Eltee]

"Ahh!" Irri pulled out her sword and jumped back in surprise. "Who are you?"

[Gandalf]

Spoiler:

I'm confused!

"I'm Beleg, a woodsman. I see that your friend is hurt. Don't worry, I'll take him back to my hut, come on."

[Eltee]

Spoiler:

The geography of this is confusing me.

"I can't carry him." Irri said. The fact was rather obvious, she was a small girl. "And I don't think he can walk."

Spoiler:

Oh... I forgot to tell you that Beleg's hut is far away!

"I wouldn't ask you to. Just follow me." He heaved the soldier onto his shoulders.

[Eltee]

"Where is this hut? I didn't think anyone lived in the valley, outside of the city, I mean." Irri asked, her eyes flashing curiously.

"Erm... It's over the mountains. But we're elves. We can make it in a few days. he's a tough nut, he'll hold."
