Lord of the Rings - The First Age

[Gandalf]

Groogan ran up to a nearby guard. "Where are the orcs? Lemme at them!" He drew his battleaxe, while Camthalion strung an arrow on his bow.

[Eltee]

She has weapons and armor. She is wearing it. To be precise, some chain mail and a short sword she stole from her father's household guard and her bow.

"A dwarf? What are you doing here?" The guard looked as if he was going to kill the dwarf. "If we weren't under attack I'd... I'd... Just go to Captain Farohnir!"

"Oh... You have armour. Didn't notice that. It's nice. It suits you." Smiled the guard. "Let's go. There's some scouts over at the edge of the forest. Let's slay them!"

[Gandalf]

I has no idea who or where the hell Captain Faronhir is.

"Where is he?" inquired Cam, realising that the elf and dwarf were about to come to blows.

[Eltee]

"Wait! Um, what's your name?" Irri asked.

Duruza is Farohnir.

"He's in the Barracks!"

"Why so agitated? I am Legorond." He said, running down one of the gates leading out of the city.

[Eltee]

"I was just wondering." Irri said, running lightly beside him. "I'm Irriwen."

[Gandalf]

"Very well. Thank you, guardsman." Cam half-dragged Groogan away from the elf, towards the place that was clearly the barracks.

"Irriwen? Normally I'd take you back to your father but there are more important things to deal with." He smiled again.

"You're welcome." He turned to the plains. A gaint rock flew in the sky. "Siege weapons! Get down!"

[Gandalf]

They got to the Barracks. "Can you direct us to captain Faronhir?" he asked, taking care to hide the bulky dwarf.

[Eltee]

"Great! Thank you, thank you, thank you! I am so excited!" Irri said, smiling happily. "We are going to be heroes!"

The elf raised an eyebrow. "He's out fighting. Left a minute ago. I'll lead you to him."

"Yes. We will be." Legorond laughed. "There's an orc!"

[Eltee]

"What?!? Where?" Irri asked, suddenly seeming a lot less excited, now that the moment had come.

[POMC S117]

An orc charged at the two Elves. Legorond side-stepped in front of Irri and took a swing at the beast. It jumped and fell to the ground. The elf lashed out and stabbed it through the head. "There'll be more. Stick with me."

In the distance was a squad of armoured Elves, fighting with a larger force of orcs.

[Eltee]

Irri gaped at the black blood spurting from the dead orc. She numbly drew her bow and nocked an arrow. "Right behind you!" She stammered.

"Don't worry, I'll defend you." He clasped her hand reassuringly.

He ran over to his fellow troops and helped relieve them.

[Gandalf]

Faronhír hurried out of the tower headed back towards the gate. The situation had gotten much out of hand since he had arrived. It seemed that his fears were correct, the Orcs were more numerous than had been first thought.

[Eltee]

Irri spotted an Orc that was locked in combat with a guard. She drew her bow, and released. The arrow slammed into the Orc's shoulder, who stumbled back, allowing the guard to finish him.

"Nice sho-" An orc spell caster blasted the whole squad backwards.

A boy ran up to Farhonir, dressed in fake armour and wielding a stick. "Where's the orcs?"

[Gandalf]

Spoiler:

Oops... I maaaay have PM'd you. I didn't see your post.

"Captain Faronhir! We're here to aid the elves, sir!" Cam adressed him calmly. Groogan was getting agitated that there were all these orcs around and he wasn't killing.

[Eltee]

Irri went flying back, and landed in a pile of mud. She slowly got up to her feet, disoriented. She tried nocking an arrow and releasing, but she couldn't focus on aiming. She slung her bow, and pulled out the sword and the shield. "Wha... What happened..."

No biggie I'm just at full again, and I haven't had time to do another purge .

"Who are you? And what's the status?" Faronhír inquired.

"A mage. The [&@%!]. Charge!" Shouted Legorond. He stabbed at the mage and his sword pierced its armour.

The boy started pulling on the elf's cloak. "I'm going to kill orcs."
