Skyrim Xbox Water Bug Question?

I playing earlier today and I suffered a pretty bad bug right outside of Markarth. The water in the stream was invisible and when looked at a certain angle, where the water should have been turned all static/fuzzy looking. After this all the textures started to look from last gen. It looked as if things were almost cell shaded/and or not fully loaded. NPC's clothing were 2D and were strings should have been were just brown lines. I was also suffering no lag/crazy amounts of view distance lag before this and now I am.

I read somewhere that the Xbox is having some texture issues for users who installed the game (including me) due to the caching system. And when i said they looked dumbed down, it was not minimal as some videos make it look out to be. It was a huge noticeable difference.

Has anyone else had a similar problem? Thanks!

I think that it should be pointed out that even without installing the game. In some areas, there will be a large block of invisible water. You can still swim (and drown) in it, but it just looks like empty air. I've seen it a few times in several different areas, and I didn't install the game. I never experienced the other glitches you mentioned though...
