Bethesda really has handled the hype machine for skyrim perfectly.

Yep. I feel abused ;) It's worth it though. The more money they make the better the next TES game is going to be...

For the last 6 months I think they had PR put everything on a slow drip! AAAAAAA I remember being able to check for news every week from work and seeing different features leaking out. Now it's both oddly quiet and oddly in uproar, as some people are already playing it, and now this second major recent video. I keep resisting the urge to hack open the Steam preload. FFFFFFFFF!

Perhaps that dude that fell from the sky in Morrowind was one of the first players that got so excited, he made a bargain with Sithis and busted through his computer monitor, and got what he wanted but not as expected.

It's highly unlikely.
I won't rule out it might be some divine being. However, I don't think it's Nocturnal but perhaps a "cinematic" during a quest line.
My guess is the College of Winterhold or some quest line we encounter in the game.

Didn't know that there'd be Hand to Hand until I saw this video. Was Hand to Hand previously confirmed?

Spoiler:
0:10 - Damn, Falmer are ugly! in a good way
0:21 - Very cool leaf train from the spriggan
0:24 - Yay for Dwemer Sphere! Now with both spear arm and crossbow! The steam is a nice touch too
0:29 - Awesome Giant killing animation
0:39 - I'm not even sure what's being cast...or what that thing is...
0:43 - Some kind of AoE spell, I'm going to venture a guess and say Demoralize as it looked more like the Dragon leapt away (instead of being knocked back) and the greenish color
0:46 - Dwemer Centurion, with a lot of steam (close to death maybe?) and some cool lightning arcing
0:48 - Sphere of unknown origin...looks like there might be letters on it, but I don't recognize them (Draconic maybe, but some of the letters look Dwarven)
0:53 - Storm Atronach, no visible arms or legs this time around
0:55 - The wind weapon enhancement on two daggers
0:57 - Battleaxe (Two handed, for those that don't know) killing animation
0:58 - Robed Figure 'summoned' with black birds
1:06 - Hooded figure sneaking (With 'sheathed' bow, fingered gloves)
1:08 - Woman decapitated
1:11 - Cat on cat violence (Khajiit stabbing a sabertooth in the neck)
1:12 - Dragonbone clad figure killing troll with twin maces
1:16 - Female Dark Brotherhood killing with a double dagger to the stomach (uplifting)
1:19 - Another Falmer
1:21 - Dunmer charging, killed by hooded figure (same as 1:06)
1:23 - Another giant getting kneecapped
1:24 - Orc with iron warhammer getting punched and thrown to ground
1:26 - Really gruesome stabbing/decapitation death (Odd stone/wood axe weapon)

My... BY AZURA, he... he... got... decapitated!!! :O
Me: "So, how did you get this rich?"
Random Jarl: "I'm the Jarl and so were my father, grandfather, and his father. How about you?"
Me: "I've just spent some days chopping wood."

The killing animations are so much more cooler than the Oblivion ones. Fighting should be messy, period.

Anyone who has been on a battlefield knows that!

I'm with SilentPsycho on this one. If you read "Purloined Shadows" (a sneak skill book in Oblivion), it describes in detail a summoning of Nocturnal. The figure in the video seems to fit the book's description of Nocturnal. Also, crows are a part of her summoning ritual.

After the logo at the end what does the guy say? Something about a dinosaur and a toothpick?
