Hi!
I started playing this game two days ago and I have some questions.
What's the max. level in this game? And what level should I have to beat the game as a Nightblade without dying too much? What stats should a Nighblade have? I'm planning to max out END, AGI and INT first. Is it ok?
Can you get from one city to another on foot through wilderness? It seems to really have no end.
Can you continue to freeplay after you beat the boss?

Re: Newbie questions
1. I don't think there's a max level, but once you're getting close to 30, leveling up is going to be really really slow. If you just play the main quest and no random dungeons you'll be slightly above level 20 when you finish the game. That should be enough not to die too much provided you have some decent items and have played your character smart.
2. I'd max INT first for spellpoints, then AGI and skip END. Generally it's a good idea to max out endurance early, especially with low hit points characters, but since the Nightblade can cast spells you can actually maximize your hit points without investing anything into endurance at all by casting a fortify endurance spell prior to each level up:
4: Yes, you can continue playing after you have finished the main quest.

3: You are supposed to be able to manually walk between cities but people have reported that the game tends to crash when they reach the next city. I recommend using quick travel instead since you won't find anything interesting on your way inbetween cities anyway - not to mention that it takes an extraordinarily long time. You can find random dungeons in the wilderness, but you'll find them if you leave the road, and thus not inbetween cities.chrismokvack wrote:First thing you should do once you get out of the starter dungeon is to find the mageguild and use the "spellmaker" service to create a custom spell that boosts your endurance with whatever amount is needed to reach 100. For me that would be 55 since I have 45 base endurance. Put duration on max (95 round per level) and rate of decrease on max as well to compensate for the cost (10 points per 1 round).
Now keep an eye on your experience. When you are close to reaching the next level, cast your endurance boosting spell and voila you get +5 bonus health on that level up. (In the level up screen you will see your normal endurance value instead of the boosted one, and after you have leveled up the effect will vanish, but don't be fooled by that - you still get the bonus!)
4: Yes, you can continue playing after you have finished the main quest.
Re: Newbie questions
Thanks. I think I should start a new game then.
More questions.
What do the blessings at temples do?
What's the point of drinking at inns?
Duration of spells is measured by "rounds". What does that mean, how long is a round?
Sorry for doubleposting and for my bad english.
