Does Jyggalag make an appearence in Skyrim?

This is a question to all of the members who have played the leaked copy of Skyrim on Xbox. Does Jyggalag make an appearence in Skyrim? I haven't heard anyone mention him so far, and he's been my favorite Daedric Prince ever since I played The Shivering Isles. I would be greatly disappointed if Bethesda made no mention of him at all in Skyrim.

Idk he mentions something along the lines of "what your not going to stop by after 2 decades and talk to a old friend"
1 how do we even know him.
2 its been 2 centuries not decades.
Although thinking about itit could be a new branch of quest, going into detail on how our character knew him 2 decades ago. But idk i just see it becoming a easter egg rather than anything else.

but i really do want him to be in the game. i've seen him for one battle and already he's my second favorite deadric prince. (first being (the fake prince) Sheogorath)

So if I understand this correctly, Jyggalag's "old friend" is Sheogorath, who is upset that Jyggalag kicked him out of his home. Does this mean that Sheogorath is realm-less and Jyggalag is back in control of the Shivering Isles?

first of all, you have no way of telling weather or not that is an easter egg.

Second, if you paid attention to your lore, jyggalag is no longer sheogorath, the champion of cyrodiil is.

Also, you don't need to read the lore to know what happened.. you need to actually play oblivion.

The Champion of Cyrodiil that freed jygglag of a curse that turned him into sheogorath. The champion took the seat of sheogorath.

Have none of you played shivering isles???

It doesnt take anything to make a assumption, basically its just my assumption nothing more, i didnt do anything to come up with it besides hey i think hes just going to be a easter egg. I played oblivion but doesnt mean i read the dialouge or watched the cinimatics, by the point of the SI in my oblivion career i was already bored with it, so i skipped dialouge and left it running thru things that bored me.
