Hi, i have a post on the official bethesda forums for TES, that hasnt been locked and/or deleted, if anyone would like to go search for it and view my ideas, go to the forums, sign in, and search: Werewolf Combat in Skyrim general discussion.
Also, in the future whether werewolves are in or not id like some help to do a "Werewolves Reloaded" mod, to add some changes to werewolves such as making use of the dragon shout button in werewolf form to "pounce / leap attack" add sneak attack bonuses for it, and adding a "bite" attack (both triggers) that causes 3% (of enemy health) damage every 5 seconds for 60 seconds, in addition, the mod would also add dialog and script to allow the player to also make their companion a werewolf, the mod would also add; Orcs: lycanthropy now turns orcs into wereboars, hircine values their ferocious, frenzied combat style. Argonians; Were-crocodiles, keeping to their amphibious, lizard natures, hircine seeks to compliment these traits with his lycanthropy disease. Khajit; Were-lions; seeking also to better compliment the khajits inherent traits, hircine has mutated the disease in khajit to turn them into were-lions, giving them manes, longer claws and increasing their feral natures. Redguards; Werebear; Hircine values their strength and brutality, mutating the virus to turn redguards into were-bears when infected with lycanthropy. lemme kno if u think u can help? PM me and we can get a dialog going pre-release, to be augmented after release, and ultimately done and modded for the game

C'mon man. We already have a werewolf/vampire thread going, and it's even on the first page of this sub-forum: http://forums.uesp.net/viewtopic.php?f=35&t=19891

But isn't that about a completely different topic regarding vampires and werewolves? It's about if there in or not.dubq wrote:C'mon man. We already have a werewolf/vampire thread going, and it's even on the first page of this sub-forum: http://forums.uesp.net/viewtopic.php?f=35&t=19891

Yes, but the thread has moved on past that and I think it can be treated as an all-in-one general discussion of both. I mean it's essentially a CTWAT (comment that doesn't warrant a thread) that could've been put into the thread that is already actively discussing (26 pages and counting) the topic of werewolves.

that thread is about whether or not they are in game, this is essentially a modding/combat discussion thread, combat or control schemes are not part of that thread

Actually, I would like to lock this thread only because of this reason, found in our Skyrim announcement that you should all read:
Thank you! Send me a PM if you've any questions or concerns.
Besides, you cannot discuss modding on a game that hasn't been released yet, although I do admire your being one step ahead of the game! Why don't you save this for the upcoming Skyrim mod subforum later this week, and once the game has been released and we have real data about it?Avron the S'wit wrote:What will happen to threads already in the subforum?
Shortly before the game is released, we will be cleaning out the Skyrim subforum. The Skyrim subforum will be archived and a new one opened. This way, you are still able to revisit the pre-game hypothetical buzz by visiting the archives or doing a forum search.
Thank you! Send me a PM if you've any questions or concerns.
Huzzah!
