Emmanuel and Noa headed through the ruins of Province, lightly chatting. The trip was surprisingly uneventful, except for a pair of bloatflies. They reached Port Authority Office, a run down building. It was picked clean by locals of anything of real value, but most of the old documents remained. Emmanuel sighed. "You're the expert. Where do we start?"

"They probably wouldn't have any hard copies... They would, literally, be handling boatloads of information daily." Noa thought for a second. "There will probably be a central database, I'll hack into it if I can."

"Well..." said Emmanuel. "Let's get started." He opened a sidedoor to the left, and was met by a janitor's closet.

Noa took a quick look inside of the closet. "Hm. Come on, let's keep moving." She said, cocking her rifle.

Noa advanced slowly through the decrepit building, slowly panning her rifle around to cover all angles. She reached a staircase on her left, and started walking up. "Oh... Sh*t." She murmured, stopping dead. "Sh*t. A grenade bouquet. Can you see the trigger? Don't you move, man."

Emmanuel stopped. "No. I can't," said Emmanuel dryly. "Can you?"

"Uhhh...." Noa looked around, a pressure plate, a tripwire, anything. "Uhhh... I think so...." A barely visible length of fishing wire was pulled taut just a few cinches from her foot. She swallowed hard, and slowly ran her fingers along it to both ends. "Okaay... look like it feeds... To the left..." She took a deep breath, and carefully tied off the line. She disconnected the other end, and cut the line with her knife. "Kay, it's safe." She said. "Help yourself to the grenades."

Emmanuel didn't need to be asked twice. He carefully retrieved the bouquetof grenades and held it up. "I've some experience dealing with these. Mind if I take them all?"

A malicious grin appeared on Emmanuel's face, fitting his moustache perfectly. "Let's just find those damn documents, eh?" He acsended up the stairs.

Spoiler:
Yo, peoples!
I'm going to have this locked because I've been stupid. Not to bother you with details, but I will restart this RP with a better (and faster) version. I don't know when, since we have a ton of active RPs right now, but it will happen. If I haven't turned you off completely, stay tuned.
