So it appears that Bethesda has lied to us about werewolves. I had heard that the Xbox 360 version of Skyrim was leaked onto the internet and people got a hold of it before Bethesda threw down a **** storm to get it taken off (which is completely understandable). Some new leaked screenshots have arrived. I saw the screenshots in an article talking about werewolves and cannibalism. Here's the article,

Article Link: No linking to leaked material. Shame on you.
The Skyrim news is coming in thick and fast ahead of the game’s 11.11.11 release date, today we can finally confirm that Werewolves will play a part in the game, which is something we previously debated about somewhere But that’s not all folks, we can also confirm that players will be able to turn to cannibalism if they chose to.

Let’s start with the news regarding Werewolves. As you would imagine, this is not something which Bethesda Softworks has officially announced, instead our information is sourced from a couple of leaked screenshots. The first screenshot can be seen there, right there. See?, it clearly shows the silhouette of a Werewolf. The next screenshot can be seen here, it shows the ‘Ring of Hircine’, which is said to give you additional werewolf transformation effects.

Again Bethesda has not officially confirmed that cannibalism will be in the game, however this NowGamer article seems to confirm it. They point out that the game’s BBFC (British Board of Film Classification) rating clearly states that in Skyrim the player can “make the choice whether to join a group of cannibals in eating human flesh”.

As you can see it doesn’t look like cannibalism will play a huge part in the game, but it at least shows that Bethesda Softworks didn’t hold back when developing Skyrim. Spoiler Alert: In the BBFC’s details it also mentions that one cutscene will show a decapitation, not only this but you will come across a female murder victim with bloody cuts across her body at some point. Unsurprisingly the BBFC gave the game a 15 rating in the UK.

Bro, use the major spoilers thread for this kinda stuff. And did Bethesda ever say "no" to werewolves? I thought they just wouldn't give a comment either way, which isn't really lying.
