Werewolves ARE in the game. I got a buddy that got a bootlegged copy of the game and he saw one in The Companions questline. I've actually played it a bit myself haha

A bit of a smithing spoiler from someone who already has the game. (I can't 100% confirm on this occasion but the guy sounds legit.
Spoiler:
"There are multiple items with the same stats and name. For example, when I was crafting my steel armor, I could craft one with shoulder pads, or without shoulder pads. There was no difference in statistics, only how it looked.
Upgrading works like this: You go to a grinding stone, and select the weapon you want to upgrade. If you have the required ingredients, (for example, upgrading a steel weapon requires 1 steel ingot), you can upgrade the weapon, which improves the quality of the weapon (the weapon gets a "tag" after the name, example: "fine" or "superior")."

Just saw a video of someone killing a dragon via the worlds most popular video sharing website. ;)

Pretty rough quality, they were filming their TV (not capturing), but it's the thought that counts. The sword they were using looked pretty bad ass. Almost looked Daedric, but I couldn't tell for sure..

A new video of the opening of the game. This guy seems abit better and the animations looks abit better.
