I'm pretty sure the developers have said that there are no werewolves in the game, so I'm going to say fake on that.

I have to say I'm really surprised how many people are upset about parts of the main quest being spoiled, for me at least the main quest is the thing I care about the least. I put almost 200 hours into Oblivion and the only quest line I didn't finish was the main one. I think I closed 1 Oblivion gate in the 4 years I spent playing the game. I'm always much more interested in the various guild quest lines.

Well I stand corrected then. Maybe it is real.

After looking at the picture again, I can't decide. Something about it just feels fake to me. I imagine we'll have more leaks about it soon, hopefully one will be definitive one way or the other.
