It's hard to know what people would be upset knowing, I don't think there are any major spoilers here myself. There is a little about interacting with companions and a little about random encounters but nothing game changingly big.

There's a small quest that is spoiled, but it's hardly worth calling a major spoiler.

That was hillarious and informative, I wonder if you can still get the little bosmer badass if you go against him in the quest.

I'm pretty sure in one of the previews in the large preview thread River put up someone chose the other side in that quest, and the other party offered to be his companion. So it seems whichever you side with can become your lackey.

So happy with how rugged the travelling is sounding, I can just imagine that powerful struggle he went through to get to Winterhold.

I really enjoyed this preview, unlike the others I've read - Dave has a solid sense of humor, the perfect mindset, and the language of a hardcore gamer... and he gets it, having played other ES games before.

All hail indie blogs! :D

And all hail M'aiq! I love that fast little kitty. ;)

Edit: This review makes me want Skyrim so bad right now, I feel like I'm gonna explode... or something. Ha.

I enjoyed the preview...until it got too much previewed! I want to be as surprised as anyone can get when I play Skyrim!

Can someone summarize all the important details in this? Besides M'aiq, is there anything important to take from this? It would be good to know if I need to give this a second look in the morning.

He goes into riverwood, does the love triangle, takes a companion. Does the golden claw quest. Decides to walk to Winterhold. Gets in a few fights with undead and conjurerers. Gets murdered by giants while trying to talk to them. Thats about it.
