I think it is part of a bearskin armor type, There might be other kinds of fur armor that looks a bit like cloaks, but I don't think the player will be able to wear cloaks without the specific armor it belongs to and it's not the king

Wouldnt that get a little confusing? This thread is about cloaks shown in a video. I dont want to mix it up with everything else

Meh, had them in Oblivion via modding, though the mod looked kinda weird and had some clipping issues, hopefully Skyrim has some good cloaks : /

I believe that the cloaks/capes are just going to be part of certain armours. A little bit off topic, although having the cuirass and greaves combined as one item does take away a small portion of the customization, it also allows for kilts/capes/cloaks to be included more easily.

I'm not overly fussed on cloaks, the last thing I want while walking through a blizzard in third person is a cloak going mental moving in every direction and winding me up.

Admittedly they would probably look pretty cool in a fight.
