So I'm curious. Do you think NPC's will be able to have perks of their own, to make them fiercer enemies and such? Has this been confirmed to be/not be in game?
I hope it will be in game, because I like the idea of NPCs having perks so that they can have their own fighting styles and stuff. What do you guys think?

Re: Perks and NPC's
NPCs in Oblivion had skill stats and consequently the associated perks. So I think they likely will as well in Skyrim.

Re: Perks and NPC's
I sincerely hope so. Enemies that have limited skills are always exploitable in most games, those with special attacks tend to be more of a challenge. When I'm fighting, I want to believe that there is at least a small chance I might actually die.
