Long time uesp user, first time poster.
Warning: main quest speculation included.
Having trouble finding which race to choose as I would like to role-play the individual's racial family perferred state of the Empire.
An example like Imperials pro-Empire and Argonians pro-Province (based on uesp Lore section)
and already aware that choosing a Nord would be better as I would have an affect on Skyrim (Nord homeland).
I'd just to know the possible racial relations between the different races since Oblivion.

You would have an effect anyways. This is Bethesday, home of the "we want or players to do whatever they want." They wouldn't put a limitation like that based on race. Of course, the effect and how it is recieved might be different for each race, but still...
