Enchanted Arrows

Hi all. Second post of the day. I picked up a fine steel bow from some ruin and found some enchanted arrows. Now I havent played this game in a year but I dont recall one could enchant arrows.
Or am I wrong?

Unless you're using a mod of some kind, then you're correct.

You can not, as the player, enchant arrows at the enchanting altar, like a sword, or bow.

The game does have enchanted arrows that you can find, or buy.
