Total Miner is such a blatant rip-off of Minecraft. Not that that's necessarily a bad thing, but it's just so obvious.

it happens all the time
they "add stuff" (like the spider) but for the msot part its the game with a few mods

I'd like to reiterate that I'm not criticising (nor praising) the similarities between the two games, as I've never played Total Miner myself, and from the videos I've seen it looks quite decent.

I have seen it, as I said it look like it but as I said it happens all the time

and things like trees, forks, tables, they are allowed to look the same because well
they are spouse to, there are millions of copy cat games,
And to be honest its more of an art style then the fact the trees look the same.

they use the "block" art style that is found in minecrft which notch got form dungeon keeper

a tree is wood with leafs, and thats what they put.

think of it like this, dirt, minecraft, dungeon keeper, total miner all have simmlar textures

Few other games currently have a similar concept to Minecraft because it is a developing genre. But all Wolfie is saying is that this how the market works. Ever watch TV? Heard of American Pickers? How about Picker Sisters? Pawn Stars? Hardcore Pawn? Auction Kings? American Restoration? Its the same concept, except redone because one of the shows is popular. Video games do the same thing. Why do we have so many FPS games that are similar? Because they work and they are popular. Notch made a popular game, so people are going to capitalize on that success.

no placing blocks
play at least on easy
if you see a creeper turn to peacefull then easy plus again
report any bugs and suggestions
have an average or better computer, there are some parts with heavy redstone wiring that could cause lag. Lower render distance if that happens.
try your best to solve a puzzle/challenge before reporting a bug or saying "its tu dificult

!" (POCM...)
