Can I increase these using the practice dummies in the fighters guild or is there a cap to how much you can increase them there?
Also what about Armorer? What is the best way to increase that?
Incresing Hand to hand, Blade and Archery
Not sure but I don't think the dummies help at all.
The best way to train Armourer is together with Destruction. Spellmake a Damage Weapon/Armour on Self.

You can only increase them on living targets.
What I do is decide what stats I want to raise...if I'm not raising armor but some other stat, I just summon a zombie and beat the hell out of them with a weapon. They last a fair amount of time if you make sure to use a severly damaged weapon. The mob will last alot longer, which cuts down on conjuration skill ups.
Normally I increase things in sets of 3.....
so if I don't want any armors going up, I strip down. If I want an armor going up I equip that armor. Use fur/leather for training light and iron for training...they break easier, which means it's better for raising Armorer.
So one round I might do Int/End/Str (using weapon, beating on them a bit, let them beat on me, repair). You only need to go up 3...but make sure you keep track of your skills and which have gone up 3 and which one is going to go up 4. It sucks to forget that last point and have to start over again from a previous save. Remember, you need 10 points in each of the traits skills to get a +5 bonus. I also usually will do a power up on a skill where I raise one by 7 and the major skill by 3 if it has something I need quickly. Example: Conjuration/Alchemy is a minor skill for me, so I might decide to do 7/3 to the minor/major skill to raise it faster. Remember, it could also be 6/4 if the major is one of the skills being used to level you up. Their leveling/trait system is complicated and painful. I just right down each skill then when it levels up I cross it out and write in new value, that way I know exactly how I need.

Another method: Find a boar (slow and plenty of health) then train hand to hand or some weapon on it, alternating it with heal on touch spells

Re: Incresing Hand to hand, Blade and Archery
Increase Blade,Hand to Hand and Marksman by attacking living things. You can safely train all 3 of those skills up to 75 on the Vile Lair prisoner. After that, there is a risk of experiencing a drastic bug. Hand to hand should be able to go up to 100 with no problems, but save often just in case.
For Marksman, I bought 2000 Iron Arrows and an Iron Bow then went to town on the Shivering Isles Gatekeeper. I was able to escape his reach by attacking from atop a nearby rock.
Getting Blade to 100...You could find a weak weapon(iron dagger) and attack an essential NPC like Shadowmere that won't end with a bounty. Keep in mind as well that Conjuration is a viable method of increasing all 3.

I believe you're a little late to the topic, Lindai.
