I for one intend to continue with the cheesiness. I'll counter your posts with pictures of weird South American foods. Those will give you nightmares.

Lithnilillin seemed distrustful but he didn't wish to insult the mermaid. He stepped closer.

The Mermaid put her hands on Lithnilillin's shoulders. She then whispered a short, elegant phrase into his ear. Her hands began to glow for a moment. As the glowing disappeared, the Mermaid kissed Lithnilillin on the cheek. "Good luck." she said.

After this, she sunk back into the water and quickly swam away into the river.
Spoiler:
Mars, you have recieved the Mermaid's Kiss - an extremely rare and unique spell that only Merfolk can cast. This spell is permanant. It will greatly increase your luck throughout the rest of your character's life.

Thanks, Duh!
Lithnilillin was left there, his mouth open. He couldn't quite grasp what was had happened. Regardless, he got up and looked around himself. Now...how do we get back? he thought.

Don't mention it.
No, I mean really, don't mention it.

Also, since I am suspecting that Aarys and Valentin will...erm...'WooHoo' at some point in the future, here's how the whole pregnancy thing will work in the RP.

I will roll a die 2 times. Here's what happens after your two characters...umm...'finish'. *awkward silence*

1st time
If it lands on numbers...
(I'll only roll more than once if it lands on numbers 3-6 the first time.)

1-2.....the female character is not pregnant

3-6.....the female character is pregnant

2nd time
If it lands on numbers...

1-3.....the baby will be a boy

4-6.....the baby will be a girl
A gust of wind blows past Lithnilillin in the direction of the campsite.

Spoiler:
May I ask why you have made the probability of being pregnant higher than the probability of not bring? Just to screw with us?

Spoiler:
*sigh* I feel so, so awkward saying this. :x

Unless you're using protection, the probability of becoming pregnant after...'WooHoo-ing'...is realistically higher than not becoming pregnant.

Let's move on. This is weird.

"I'd never." said Valentin. "'Brutes' are known for their strong grip. You're in good hands."

When the campsite came in sight, Valentin set Aarys back down and gave her another long kiss.

After a long moment, Aarys drew away. "Good night, Valentin." She kissed him lightly on the cheek, then again on the lips. She smiled, retreating into the tent. She quickly stripped down to her underclothes, and slipped into the sleeping bag.

Making sure that nobody could see him, Valentin jumped high in the air shouting, "WOO HOO!"

He nearly did a cartwheel. "I am in love! I am in love with a Woodland Elf! A beautiful Woodland Elf! WOO HOO!"

Aarys heard the shouting from the tent. She rubbed her eyes. "Oh, god..." She wrapped her blanket around herself, and stepped out of the tent. "What are you doing?"

Valentin slapped himself in the face when Aarys went back into the tent. "God, I'm so stupid! 'Yeah, I was trying to find the source of that noise'. Gimme a break! As if that's believable!"

Spoiler:
I think he should spend the whole night practicing on his tree climbing skills.
After settling down, Valentin slipped into the tent as well. He was extremely quiet, not knowing if Aarys was asleep or not. "Maybe she didn't hear what I was saying out there." he whispered to himself. "I mean, god, that would suck."

He threw a blanket over himself and lay beside Aarys. "Yeah, that would definitely suck." he continued as quietly as possible.

Ashriel tossed in his bed. Did I just hear... Valentin? No, that must have been a dream. a Woodland Elf and Valentin? No way. Elves are way too good for humans. Must have been a dream.

On the other hand...
