Seeing as Goblins are some of the most horribly overpowered monsters in Oblivion, and Goblin Jim not only commands them, but earned their loyalty IN SPITE of being a Breton, I think it's safe to say who wins. Goblin god or an assassin who can't even kill a frightened old man?
Goblin Jim.

If the first two people vote for the same combatant, that combatan wins, best two out of three. The third person could vote if they wanted to, but it wouldn't actually matter. The third person regardless would announce the winner, then start the next match. That is the way it is supposed to work.
1.) First person votes.
2.) Second person votes.
3.) Third person votes, announces the winner, then makes the next match.
You set it up that way...
Coulsonji wrote: Ok this is a random game idea that has come to my head.
This is how it goes:
You say two opponents to fight eachother (like shadowmere or unicorn)
The next three people vote who would win and the one with the most votes wins the match. The 3rd person then picks 2 new opponents!
I hope this works
Ill start it off: SHADOWMERE VS THE UNICORN!

Akatosh is the highest of the Aedra; Molag Bal is a middling Daedra who fights against vastly superior Daedras, Boethiah and Mephala, and saddles adventurers with near-useless Blunt weapons, thus destroying any credibility which he may have had. This really isn't a contest.
Akatosh.

Bravil's Fighter Guild- single most useless Guildhouse on Earth? Possibly! Tadrose at least sells stuff and offers training, which makes her sort of worthwhile.
Tadrose.

Well, I don't have KotN so I can't check the CS and find their stats, but it doesn't matter now, since Aurorauraonrians have won.
Here's an interestign match: Porkchop vs Azura.
