I mean't straight out buy , obviously you can use the buy/sell trick to buy back high priced items, but that can be time consuming and annoying at times.

Well, then I say let the little lazy kids hike out into the swamp to find the crab, or lose out on their money. Or when it comes to artifacts, both

Actually, there's nothing the Creeper can't pay for... if you know what you're doing. (and by 'you' I mean that anonymous, anyone 'you', not you) :P
He means there's a few things he won't buy. Can't remember off the top of my head, but pretty sure books are one of them.
“Fine day” said the young man.

“Gods!” hollered Zaki, sending the young man flying with a well-placed punch, and dashing away.

Yeah I have a few things I still need to get rid of, but if i go to a merchant and they have only say 1500gold and an item i have is worth 12000gold then is there a faster way to reduce what i'm selling at rather than hold the down button for like 5 minutes till the merchant can afford it?

Also
Spoiler:
I just fought Dagoth Ur and killed him thought he was pretty easy, then he shows up in the next room with the mechanical god thing hes building and as it turns out hes actually a bit of a tough [&@%!] :|
not too sure what to do at this stage,
Spoiler:
I ran passed him with the boots of blinding speed and attacked Lorkhan's heart but it doesn't seem to do anything then he just kills me. Also in this room I am pretty much unable to hurt him at this point, will a paralyze spell work on him?

On the money problem, you can barter so that you sell the item and receive gold, plus some expensive items all in the same transaction. It's sort of like using a little stepladder to climb to selling your item for its full worth, but it can take several in-game days as you wait for the merchant to replenish their gold.
Spoiler:
On your other problem, Do you have the Wraithguard, Sunder and Keening?

Spoiler:
Yeah I picked up those other items but I'm not sure if I am just too lower lvl to defeat him? I don't really want to leave the ghost fence and lvl up/replenish my restore health potions but i may have to :(
Also I know I have asked before but I can remember is there any way to use the boots of blinding speed without going blind? I noticed sometimes u can actually still see just a little!

If you have any magic resistance while wearing them, the blind effect will be negated by the amount of resistance. So if you have 50% (such as if you are a Breton), then you will see half as well as you normally would. If you wear the Cuirass of the Savior's Hide (60% resistance), then you can see a little more than half as well as usual. If you can get your resistance all the way to 100%, the blind effect is completely negated.

The neat part about this is that you only need to counteract the Blind effect for the moment you put on the boots, so if you make a Resist Magic 100% spell that lasts 3 seconds, as long as you put on the boots within those three seconds, you shouldn't notice the blindness at all. Once the boots are worn, the effect stays until you stop wearing them.

And I believe Nighteye works the same way.

Will that resistance slow the speed of the boots too?

The resistance will only effect negative effects, so I too would suggest using Resist Magicka (although I was ninja'd it would seem ).
The UESP wrote:[Resist Magicka] effects decrease the damage or other negative effects dealt by any magical effect other than the four elemental damage effects.

Did you remember that you have to
Spoiler:
Strike the heart with Sunder, then slash it three times with keening? Vivec should have told you to do this when telling you how to beat Dagoth Ur.

I myself played Oblivion first, then I got Morrowind along time after and its more difficult. Right now I am trying to beat the game and its nothing like Oblivion was. I love Oblivion and like Morrowind. Both great games but I think that Oblivion takes the cake.
You need something special you wont find this in your general store that's for damn sure

Yeah I played Oblivion first and while I do love that game and probably think the game play is a little more conventional and better, I tend to find Morrowind wipes the floor with Oblivion in terms of story and general epicness. I love the main story and how it feels so epic bringing together events that took place thousands of years ago.

BTW
Spoiler:
I have now defeated Dagoth Ur basically with a paralysis spell which was rather effective
so that works for anyone else interested.

I was in a similar situation to GoatLiver actually. I was introduced to the series with Oblivion, but find that I much prefer Morrowind on some fronts, while still loving Oblivion on others.
Spoiler:
As for Dagoth Ur, it is possible to defeat him through unconventional methods, although I probably wouldn't have thought of them myself, so thanks for the paralyse tip .

Spoiler:
I still attacked the heart with Wraithguard, Sunder and Keening but my paralyze amulet stopped Dagoth Ur from attacking me. The trouble I was having was that some of his spells would damage my attributes, mostly strength, rendering me over encumbered and unable to move. Also that his health seemed to regenerate and I couldn't do enough damage. I did still kill the heart with the help of paralysis before I killed Dagoth, not sure if you can defeat him and leave the heart intact? That would be pretty cool if you could, and use the heart for yourself O_O
