Daedric shrines show up when you find them or talk to people who tell about them. Shrines of the nine don't show up at all. There is a mod, to make them normal mappable objects (together with Ayleid Fountains) but you're on 360.

Whose buttocks sounded sonorous tunes
‘Twas an odiferous song
People sang before long
They had enough of his full crescent moons.

Lol, 360. At least in 360 you get updates for TES4 but not in TES3 for Xbox.

I actually just realized the other day that Morrowind is not a game that's backwards compatible on the XBox 360, which is a shame because I was really hoping to play it. I'm sure it will eventually make it onto the list, but it's not there yet.

I guess it will be a while before I play that and then get to go to the official boards to complain about Oblivion all the time.

You're likely posting this from a PC. The PC is quite likely quite enough to run Morrowind just fine, and if it isn't, it can be for $30 or so in upgrades.
256M RAM, GForce4/FX card, 1GHZ CPU and you have more than "ideal" Morrowind configuration.

I'm posting this from a work PC. My home PC is a laptop. A cheap laptop. One that was cheap two years ago when I bought it. It gets used for email, word processing, and web development, and it's geared to perform those kinds of tasks.

I wish I had a PC that I could use for gaming, but I just don't have the space for one in my apartment. Growing up, I did all my gaming on a PC but, especially once I moved to the city, I just didn't have the space to put anything bigger than an XBox in my apartments (let's just say that the Imperial City waterfront house sometimes makes me jealous). When I read about the cool mods that are available for Oblivion and Morrowind, I really want to try to get a PC again.

Yeah, I originally torrented Morrowind a few months ago, then when I realized how badass it was on the PC versus the Xbox, I bought it (my sense of morality got the best of me after I downloaded a few mods). My computer is a hunk of lard (that would be why I dished out an extra 10 bux to get Oblivion for the X360 since my PC can't handle it). Morrowind is well worth the buy, as is Oblivion for the PC if you can handle it. IMO, I would be willing to pay a premium for the PC version over the Xbox if not just for the mods.
