Most hated/annoying NPC in ech Elder Scrolls game

I want to know the most hated/annoying NPC in each Elder Scrolls game i got Fargoth from Morrowind and a tie between The Adoring Fan and Glarthir from Oblivion.......... I would really appreciate your help for the most hated/annoying NPCs in TES: Arena and TES: Daggerfall. Thank You

Glathir's quest was as annoying as he was. I always thought Lucien Lachance was annoying, by the way he talked, that accent, and the way he phrased things was just irritating.

In Morrowind, the guy that falls out of the sky. I saved his life using slowfall, and he didn't even thank me!
In Oblivion, Glarthir. Oh, people are spying on me! And wait until midnight before talking to me again! So annoying.

Are you kidding? Therana is a complete laugh, not annoying . Now Fargoth was annoying, maybe because he was the first Bosmer I met, and they have such annoying voices (or at least the males do).

As for Oblivion, apart from the Adoring Fan, any one of the NPCs who randomly talk down to you as you walk past.

I don't really hate any character in any of the games. Sure, there are some more annoying than others, but I can't really name any I hate more than others.

I never talked to Fargoth after stealing his stuff. In fact, I kind of left Sedya Neen in a hurry for Balmora.

I still think he's voice is annoying, and it's one of the first things you hear in the game, so it leaves a lasting impression, while you kind of get used to it after seeing a couple of Bosmer.

Oblivion: Glarathir, The Arena announcer, Captain Reanault, Glenroy, Adoring Fan, That stupid dead guy that made me go through all of the serpent's body parts, Those annoying bandits right outside of the prison sewer, Obnoxious orcs in Cheydinhaul, Leader of the Cheydinhal mages guilt (forgot his name), Khajiit in DB, girl you face off against in the first thieves guild quest, Hermanitus Lex, Gaurds a-z, Woman who hates you until you become the arena grand champion, "Blue Team Gladiatior" After you become the arena champion

In oblivion, definately Glarthir. in morrowind, definately Gaenor the annoying bosmer who asks for your money then tries to kill you 2 days later

I think Oblivion has its fair share of annoying NPCs from Maglir to the Rat Lady (both in the Fighters Guild) but the guy who threatens to turn your bones to ash everytime I see him really gets me. Too bad you can't ask him to make his move. I think a frenzy spell is in order.

I don't like him either. I just hum when he passes and remember that later on in the DB questline, he's a dead man. It comforts me.

The most annoying NPC in Oblivion is by far that/those chicks who are the couriers for the black horse courier... they are impossible to pick up. Way to fast and way too busy to spend time with you = made my Nord lonely.

In Morrowind I'd have to say the Mages guild quest giver in Ald'Ruhn (can't remember her name sorry)
"go to Vivec and do this" next quest "go back to exact same place you just were and do this" followed by "go back to Vivec and do the opposite of my first quest"

Morrowind.. has a lot of annoying NPC's. I find everyone that talks to me while I'm walking somewhere annoying, and I reply rudely. I hate every Telvanni. And all the Camonna Tong members.
