I voted Morrowind, with Oblivion taking my second place and Skyrim the third.

In my opinion, Orchestra > Choir (although the choir is just perfect for the epicness of Skyrim).

Double post I know, but I thought people might be interested in this somewhat new, at least to me, Skyrim music. It's a nice string section, with a beautiful deep sound. Certainly beats the Choir in my opinion, although the Choir is appropriate for some circumstances where epicness is warranted.
