I'm just going to go in a direction and keep going. Really explore the land and find locations. That way later on when I'm questing and it saying go here or there, I can say Ahhhh I remember that place.

I guess I will follow the main quest for a short while before doing some side quest and explore, then I will return to the main quest. I think I will go back and forth between the main and side quests/exploring. I don't want me end up like in Oblivion where I finished the main quest after a year or two because I was busy exploring and do other things...

In one of the E3 Videos (The GameSpot Interview for memory) He says that where he was at the start of the video is as I quote "Just out of where your story begins" (or something like that). As for where that place is he mentioned that's It's somewhere on the border. Now I went off my nut to try and pinpoint exactly where you start and I think It's To the right of the Halkeri Plains on the map more specifically On that squiggly line that you can see winding onto Cyrodiil. I came to this conclusion because he said that it was unedited game play footage 30 minutes long (before they chopped it up for the interview that is). In the game play it shows the Tundra which I believe is the Halkeri plains, with this I resolved he couldn't of walked that far so the start place must of been near it. Armed with this knowledge I put together the fact that where you start is on the border, on a mountain and Near the Halkeri plains.

This is probably most accurate we can get, was just gonna say near the border because your sentenced to death for crossing the border. I would personally say in the Falkreath hold.. maybe near oakwood? I believe I read that's the closest village in that hold to the border/with border access. Probably was your first stop and where you're arrested.

Back on topic, I will slay everyone who took me captive. Unless the dragons do it for me.

I can't even begin to decide what to do first.
There is just so much to do.
Do I hunt down the nearest city to find out how things work there?
Do I hunt down a dungeon?
Do I hunt down beasts?
Do I wander into the wilderness and see what the plants look like?
I just have no idea

But I do know, I cannot wait for the games release.
I have been sitting around like a little kid waiting to go to the pool. I can barely contain the excitement

When I get rescued by Esbern and follow him to wherever I'll go to the first tavern I see and drink away my sorrows, after he tells me what I am. I'll then hit on all the ladies, get into a fight and go to jail, thinking about my life. I'll then go back to Esbern, do some quests for him, not fast-travelling, and just explore Skyrim and be a benevolent Dovakhiin.

I've basically got my character concept planned out, so I pretty much know what I'm doing.

first, since their pretty close to the begginning, I plan to find the warrior doom stone, to speed up my mastery of unarmed combat. then, I plan to head to the nearest friendly village, and gather as much information as possible on where were wolves are. (and read skill books for early boosts.)

I then plan to find a werewolf pack, and do whatever is necessary to be turned.

after becoming a nordic lycanthrope, I plan to head to the nearest hold, and find a bar holding a brawling tournament, to raise my unarmed combat skills, and earn money and fame. spend however many levels I feel I need to training in this way, then head out into the greater world.

I may decide to do the tavern training first, then do werewolf quests or whatever I need to turn.

After im done with the tutorial part, ill probably save and hit the hay so i can get up at the crack of dawn the next day and get back into it (assuming theres a midnight release)

Or if its too damn awesome ill probably light up another one and keep playing til the sun come up

First thing I'll do is level up and kill dragons for souls until I get the dragon shout that pushes people then take a follower to a cliff and push him off
