Go to the big city(like Imperial in Oblivion) and attempt to pickpocket somebody, fail, get arrested, break out of jail only to have it be like the Oblivion Imperial jail where you can't break out unless you have an invisibility spell. Get attacked by guards that won't yield, run away, lose all my stuff.

And you can't get banned or anything for using Hex edit.. It's editing saves on single player games. And as far as I was aware .. you cant hex edit Ps3

Then hear someone shout ASSAULT! or MURDER! and walk away casually, dropping apple core on the unconscious kid.
Then find out the apple was poison.

And high-five for not breaking the rules and talking about illegal things.

First thing I will do is just look around and play with the menus and everything. I won't go running off and do crazy things, I will get a feel for the way the game handles. I'll cast a couple spells, equip different items, switch to 3rd person, get a feel for how I move around. Just see what the game is.

Okay so...

1. Get my first char, the ol' mighty Nord of the North (orly), Minish.
2. Do the tutorial jazz, notice I didn't really get to have fun yet.
3. Try out the marksman engine, hope its really good.
4. Do some mainquesting. Then check Guilds, and check out Mammoths and see if they actually do wander infinitely or they go in a loop, then complain about the results in the forum.
5. Think about something I could post later in this thread.
6. Oh sorry, check CRIMINAL SCUM voice while listening to a remix of Criminal Scum.

I think yes, some minor heal wound, fire ball? Idk, maybe it depends wich skills you pick?

Also, I just remembered something.

1.5. Make the character class be Iron Man, and the skills melee based.

Well remember, you don't pick a class so you wouldn't have selected skills. But yeah, I can't imagine them not starting you with something basic like health or fireball or something. And I guess if your alter or Breton, you might get more.

And about the spells, I'm pretty sure races will still have their own spells? You know those useless spells that you can cast once a day? -.-'

I'm sure each of the races will retain their powers. That doesn't seem to be something Bethesda would do away with. I actually think I remember hearing something confirming that, though I can't remember at the moment.

More than likely after I familiarize myself with the controls and the feel of the world, I will head off in the direction the Main Quest is pointing me. That's what I did in Morrowind and Oblivion. It's just the way I play. I can't really bring myself to deviate from the story too much my first playthrough.

Ill do what I did in Oblivion, as soon as possible explore and do side quests. I never got past kvatch in oblivion and have close to 400 hours of game time. But emphasis on the exploration of the world and dungeon diving, as well as crafting.

Makes me wonder if you actually will be able to kill a dragon right off the bat. Of course I would hope it would be extremely difficult, but that might be part of the fun. Right out of the tutorial or opening scene you hunt down a dragon and take it down with nothing but a starting dagger and maybe a fire spell.

I think among the other first things I will do is see what kind of items shops have for sale, and generally look around stores. In Morrowind, I used merchants as just a way to unload loot and never really got around to actually buying things. All my gear was stolen or looted. In Oblivion, I never really had the gold to buy things, but hopefully Skyrim will work more for me in that sense so I would like to get a feel for what shops have to offer me.

I think the 1st one will be easy because todd howard says you find that you're dragon born fairly early, but i hope most are tough to kill to make the game more interesting

I'm hoping that you'll kill a dragon baby in the tutorial, thinking its a real dragon. Then it's mum comes and it's 15X bigger and you have to run away.
