Where can I find Madness Ores?

I just got the Elder Scrolls IV game af the year editiion today, and I was wondering where I can find madness ore. also A little side question, If i get the unenchanted version of the madness armor, can I put my own enchantments on it?

See here. And if you get an unenchanted version you can enchant it yourself.

Madness ore is found on Grummites and in Madness Ore Deposits in ruins.

They can only be found in the Shivering Isles.

Blackroot Lair, Knotty Bramble, and Knotbone chamber are good places on SI to find Madness ore and matrix pieces.

Look for the big ancient looking ruin buildings. Grummites also carry the stuff.
