Re: Tamrielic Adventures [Description and Application]
Ummmmmm.... I think I put my character description in the wrong place. So... my character is a breton who specialises in Light Armour, Marksman, Destruction, Illusion, Conjuration, Alchemy and Alteration. His name is Samuel Woodwing.
BTW, if this is the wrong place again, sorry.

Re: Tamrielic Adventures [Description and Application]
Spoiler:
Name: Samuel Woodwing (Sam for short)
Race: Breton
Age: 31
Specialisations: Taming animals. Does Illusion, Destruction, Conjuration, Marksman, Alchemy, Light Armour and Alteration.
Appearence: Tall and slim, with close cropped brown hair.
Personality: Sam is a powerful foe if engaged at range, but if the enmy attacks him physically, he has pretty much no defence. He is timid, but would like people to think that he is brave.
Background story: Sam comes from a small farming family in High Rock on his breton mother's side, but his father was an Imperial Battlemage. Soon after his birth, his father left the family. This led to him searching for 3 years in Cyrodiil, until he learned that his father had been killed by a rogue mage. A year later, he found the mage hiding under the protection of Sheogorath, at his shrine. After telling his mother of his father's death, he became a hunter. He has been surviving on his own in the wilderness for the past 5 years.

Re: Tamrielic Adventures [Description and Application]
This is actually a replica I made of a character for D&D. If you're interested in boring reading I actually drew up a big backstory for herName: Tisiphone (Like Persephone; Tee-see-fone-ee)
Race: Breton
Age: Around twenty or so, perhaps give or take a year
Specialization: Healer and fairly capable with a light crossbow
Description: She stands 5'4 tall with rather pale skin. Darkish hair with streaks of blue runs down to her shoulders and is pretty frizzy. Beautiful or elegant isn't exactly the way to describe her...roguish, charming, and perhaps cute would be more accurate adjectives for her features. She seems just out of the throes of adolescence.
Personality: She doesn't talk at all, well...mainly because she can't. Why she can't isn't exactly clear, but she communicates her emotions extremely well with her wide, expressive blue eyes, and her occasionally quirky antics. She seems fairly friendly and perhaps a little haughty at times.
Backstory: Tisi was born to Breton parents in a little ugly hut in Dagon Fel, a dock in Vvardenfell. Her father was a rather plain but wise and personable young man, while her mother was a very lovely lady diplomat. However, a jealous and hot-tempered young mage who had courted Tisi's mother previous to her marriage was greatly enraged when she married Tisi's father. As a result, when their child was born and well-wishers came to give the couple congratulations, the wizard snuck in and set a curse upon poor Tisi - that she should never speak again. However, there was a catch to the curse the mage was unaware of. If Tisi found or was found by someone who would give up their sight for her, then her voice would be returned.
The little Breton grew up fairly normally, and developed a distinct knack for healing the wounds of others. Her parents sent her off across great swathes of sea and land to study in the St. Olms canton of Vivec. There she heightened her ability for compassion (though not exactly use of it) and gained proficiency with a crossbow. But she soon grew restless and left to seek the company of new friends, hoping to one day find someone willing to sacrifice their sight so that she could one day have a true voice.

Just kidding. I'm just warning you: Every other female here appears to be a teensy bit bonkers (especially my character). Just a warning. You never know how long it'll take before your character lies in a ditch talking to mudcrabs.

Indeed.... Anyway, welcome!
Re: Tamrielic Adventures [Description and Application]
Oh, god... not a Breton, please not a female Breton... I'll have to keep Sam away from her...

Re: Tamrielic Adventures [Description and Application]
I was skeptical, too Mars. I was thinking that Garion and Kheldar are just more likely to be killed now... But that's just me.
