he is involved in an easter egg. In Bloodmoon, you could find an amulet known as the Horn of Usheeja

Weird that it mentions it as the Horn of Usheeja, but I could not find the item name in Bloodmoon. I found it as the Amulet of Usheeja, in Ghostgate.
