I need to confirm something about power attacks.

When you get one of the 3 melee skills to expert/master level [Blunt, Blade or Hand-to-Hand] your power attack will randomly do a knockdown/paralyze effect, respectively.

So, here are the questions:

-What is the formula for determining how often a knockdown/paralyze effect will occur when I perform my power attack?

-Which attribute/skill, if any, affects how often this occurs?

-Does the luck stat increase the % that the knockdown/paralyze effect from power attacks will occur more/less often?

Can you confirm that having increased luck WILL in fact make your power attack special effects happen more/less often?

stupid question but do power attacks happen randomly as well as the effects or do you do a power attack and the effect is random?

You specifically do the power attack, and the "bonus" effects happen sometimes but not always.

Ahh I see, thanks a lot! I've yet to make a guy that has got to that level in weaponry yet. I'm thinking of taking an Orc Axe'er into the Arena tho and give it a try

Speaking from limited experience but my last few Masters of Blade rarely disarmed/knocked down opponents. Maybe 1/50 ratio of success/attempt.
