Interesting unique dialogue

Who in Morrowind is interesting to talk to?

I was just talking to Vedam Dren. For some reason I'd never done it before. I don't know why - I guess I just assumed he wouldn't have anything interesting to say (his topics are surprisingly standard, but his responses aren't). Turns out he does. Almost all (all?) of his dialogue is unique, and it was well worth reading. Got me thinking. Perhaps there are other interesting NPC's out there that I've missed. Has anyone come across any? Mention them even if they're someone that everyone's likely to have spoken to before. I can think of some others, though they were less interesting: There's a smith in Suran who seems to have a lot to say about weapons and armor. I also noticed the mages guild alchemist in Ald-Ruhn (I think...) has a lot to say about alchemy. Anyone got some others?

I'm having trouble thinking of anyone else right now, except for the ashlander trader/rogue in the Pelagiad tavern.

I just found that Nine-Toes has some unique and interesting dialogue. He told me about his orders and had a theory about why he was asked do to them. I wonder if some of the other blades trainers have any such dialogue... I might check that out. The topic was "Little secret" I think.

Creeper the Scamp is a funny NPC. He says stuff like: "I'm creeping!" and "Hello Caldera!!! I'm here all week!", "Help me out. I need the money.", "C'mon... Help a scamp out. You gotta need something. I've got booze..."

And my favorites:
"Don't want to work. Just want to bang on my drum. What's a scamp gotta do?" and "I don't wanna work
I just wanna bang on the drum all day
I don't wanna play
I just wanna bang on the drum all day"
