I have been taking a while away from the forum and just playing Oblivion. I was a little steamed when they killed my topic. The reason they gave is because i have been playing oblivion for a least 2 weeks and i should know a good deal by now. The object of the topic was to have others who dont know anything to learn. With some time away i thought you guys could give me a better answer.

A better answer as to why they killed your thread? It probably became unpopular and they just felt it was taking up space. I do remember your thread though, it wasn't bad.
If you mean the tips one, AFAIR the reason given was to use the "tips" page in the wiki instead. This site is primarily wiki, the forum is an add-on, so deferring "efforts" from the wiki to the forum is unwelcome.
