What's your favorite enemy

Post by Rauru »

We already got the topic about most hated enemy.but do you have a favorite one?One you just love to beat the crap out of it.

mine would be the Aundea clan they are as flammable as petrol. My favorite monsters are the Skeletons,i just love how they crumble for my warhammer

So,what's your favorite enemy?

The ones that challenge me the most: King Helseth and his army.

I fought them only once. It was definitely the toughest fight in the entire game. Even Gaenor was easy compared to them.

I like Cliff Racers. They're one of the only enemy that clumps up so you can use area effect attacks.

If we're counting mods, I'll say the skeletons at Firemoth Keep. I love hitting them with thrown weapons from the AEA shop in Vivec.

You just have to make the area big enough to use it against others. Adding an area to a spell is extraordinarily cheap in Morrowind. I once made a spell of Shock Damage 100pts for 2 seconds, Area as big as possible. I tried it on one of the mages guild members in Balmora... Whiped out everyone in the guild with a single cast...

I usually don't consider members of my own guilds to be 'clumped enemies.' I guess you can use area-effect stuff in towns, but I wouldn't recommend it unless you're playing a 'last man standing' sort of game.

Most creatures and monsters don't group up in the wild and in dungeons.

That was just an example. I used it to test the spell. Of course, in the wilderness, you rarely have to fight more than one enemy at a time. But those spells are pretty useful in dungeons. And I can't wait to use it on the Dark Brotherhood in Mournhold or all the werewolves on Solstheim. Might be useful against King Helseth and his men, too.

Note from a grammar freak: It should be Who's.
As for me, it's Vivec.

Right, I forgot about that reflect effect! Thanks for the reminder. Probably would have damaged myself then.

Don't plan on using summoned creatures if you're using area effect spells and weapons either. Unless, of course you're on a soul trappin' spree.
