"The first thing I think should be to warn you of the dangers of this Rod. It has the capability to summon Xivilai. But these are no ordinary Xivilai, one touch from them, and you both disappear back into the Rod. We know of none so far who have escaped this... prison, or worse"
(Well someone had to finally give some info, rather than prevaricating about the bush! Sorry that it was so long!)
(How dare you mock Doctor Zoidberg. He is much better looking!)
The Altmer, whom was chuckling, was starting to get on Zegeras's nerves, however he know that he both needed him, and wouldn't stand a chance in a battle with him.
"I have been studying telekinesis magics for this purpose for sixty years. It is not possible to use a spell this powerful unless...Unless you had some nonexsitant omnipowerful artifact."
Zegeras was thinking of all his hard fought for treasure he had stashed about his shack down at the waterfront, but had never really looked very closely at. "Such as what?"
"This I cannot tell you. There is a man you might be able to talk to...A dunmer at the Arcane Unviersity named..." Zegeras interrupted him, calling out, "Talos be damned!"
Zegeras threw his hands towards the rock and Ocario started to snigger as he saw that it just created fern leaves of frost all over the surface, but otherwise left it untouched. But less than a second later his eyes popped as the biggest fireball he'd ever seen was launched at the rock.
The minute the smoke and dust created by the firebolt subsided, Ocario shook his head towards Zegeras and the rubble. "Now Zegeras...let's think. Maps are drawn on paper...and what does fire do to paper?"
But Ocario hadn't looked closely enough. The extreme cold and sudden heat had cracked the rock through to it's core, but the heat hadn't been enough to burn. In the bottom of one of the fissures a small sliver of pale parchment could be seen.
Ocario began taking long strides toward the small coiled parchment. He lifted and unfurled the map. "It is written in some cryptic language...Daedric or Dwemer, perhaps."
Lord Ocario coiled the map and slid it into his woven tunic. "Where does this person? I have dabbled in teleportations magicks when I lived in Morrowind."
