Water Walking

Can you enchant a item so you can water walk for long periods or enchant a item to breath under water for long periods?

I think I read somewhere (can't seem to find it now) that someone enchanted a ring to walk water so they could find all the ninroots. I am currently searching for the last 40 and having difficulties doing so

When you get to the Arcane University, you can enchant items with spells. Just take a clothing piece, such as boots, rings, or necklaces, and buy a Water Walking spell and a Water Breathing spell, and then you enchant them with it.

From Level 3 onwards, you can also find water walking gear in random loot. If you want water breathing, do the "go fish" quest, you can pick it up in Weye, which is just the other side of the Imperial City bridge.

I'm surprised that you've got far enough around the map to find so many Nirnroots, and yet haven't managed to find any water walking or breathing gear.

You can find this from the begining. Fin Gleam Light Helm (glass) Detect Life 20 ft, Night Eye, Water Breathing.

I propably did find some, I either didn't know what it was for or more liklely I have to much crap and I could hold it. Thats my main problem. I hold to much crap
