Haven't posted here in a while..

I finished Carl Jung's "The Undiscovered Self."

I'm re-reading an American history book and I'm casually reading Dune. I don't often read fiction, but Dune is a fun read so far.

The Luzhin Defense by Vladimir Nabokov
In between the lines there's a lot of obscurity.
I'm not inclined to resign to maturity.

Norroen, do you go to a library, or do you buy books? You go through books really fast.

For one thing, I have a pretty good personal home library :D I go on supplying it with new books, which I buy with extreme pleasure :D I also use electronic library resources because some of the books I need have not been published for years and are quite difficult to obtain in their real-life versions :) I also borrow study literature and sometimes fiction from the University library :)
Yeah, that's true :) I am a pretty fast reader :) Sometimes I read two books at a time :)

Nothing. What I would be reading, if I could get my damn hands on it, would be Artemis Fowl and The Atlantis Complex. They don't seem to sell it in Prague and I'm too lazy/stupid/stupidly impatient to buy it over the interwebs.

Dhalgren by Samuel Delany. Weird book. I'm about 200 pages in and I still haven't detected a plot.

Finished Lolita by Vladimir Nabokov :)
Started The Kolyma Tales by Varlam Shalamov. I suppose Leroybrown will find it of interest, as it deals with the life of Gulag inmates.

The Dante Book Club by Matthew Pearl.

And still trying to get through The Infernal City. Good heavens is that a painful read.

I do enjoy psychoanalysis, but much prefer philosophy of a more existential nature. But I do recommend this one :P

I thought parts that have nothing to do with you were the most fun to play?
