For a Bow I usually use a 29 points in 10 feet enchantment and I don't use many swords so I go with 38 points of shock with a 100% weakness for 1 second on a dagger sorry for the bad grammar or anything

I personally enjoyed this paralyze spell I played on Jygglags sword. It was a parlayze spell that lasted 120 secs with 1 sec of shock.

Weakness to Magicka 100% for 3 seconds
Weakness to Shock 100% for 3 seconds
Soultrap for 3 seconds
Shock Damage 9pts for 3 seconds

That's the enchantment I have on my claymore. It has only 19 uses, but it kills just about anything, even Xilivai's and other tough creatures, with a few hits. I think the most hits I needed were 6 or 7.

I agree with Syrek, Paralyze is pretty good, your opponent are fairly useless when sprawled on the ground and if they survive long enough to get back up you can just hit 'em again!
