Spoiler:
Both posts are fix'd. Once again my fault, I should stop posting so late at night.
Antus tapped Walter on the shoulder and sped up.
"We both heard that announcement, we need to move." Antus dived at a Rex guard running through the hallway and stabbed him in the neck with his shortsword.

Noting that the hallway was now empty he ran to the end of the hall and waited for Walter and nodded to him, waiting for a signal.

Sorry for all the misread posts, it's been a while since i've RP'd on UESP.

Venim rapped his knuckles off the dark spot in the wall, checked it for traps with a spell, and (finding none) pushed lightly but firmly on it.

Monet glanced at Octavius, who was smiling. The Imperial was a pure warrior.
"The guns?" she whispered.
"Ready," he responded.

Sayeal nodded to Leel as he drew even with her and dropped to the ground next to her. "Stay down, and stay quiet, things aren't what they seem tonight, and I believe there to be a creature within the grounds that even Rex can't control. She looked to Leel and a sudden feeling raced through her head. She knew Azura, or at least a very powerful messenger, was communicating with her. She raised her hand to her new travelling companion, motioning for him to wait a moment. She looked deeper, listening to what the voice told her. She grinned as she opened her eyes, and she began.

"I lied to you Leel." she started simply, but openly. "I came tonight to warn Rex that he was about to have trouble on his hands. A small contingent of witch-hunters has invaded his palace tonight. I don't know who the spy is, but I do know that there is at least one, possibly two. Those damned masks make it hard to identify anyone." What I found is much worse. Rex is currently housing the most powerful of daedra within his walls. I was witness personally to a Xivali tonight, second in power only to the Daedra lords themselves. Rex believes that he has it tamed and within his power, but I have reason to believe otherwise. Azura, lady of the dawn and dusk still speaks to me. Why she chooses me I don't know, but earlier tonight I swore that I would never work for the Witch-hunters again."

She stopped, caught her breath, looked him directly in the eye, and spoke calmly.

"I have told you this because my lady believes that you can be trusted. If that is not the case, then I beg you to leave and not speak of this to anyone. I understand that you have your business to think of, and would think no less of you were you to walk away right now, but I intend to fight those who believe themselves above the Daedra, and if what I believe does come to pass, it won't matter which side you're on very soon. Rex's arrogance and the Witch-hunters blind destruction has finally pushed the Daedric lords and ladies to action, and I believe that action will not be peaceful."

While waiting for his response, a shot rang out, echoing through the halls of Rex manor. She glanced in that direction, but kept one eye on him, judging his reaction.

"Decide quickly, we need to go, I fear it is starting."

Leel nodded, preparing to move from the ground where he was positioned.

"I'm with you, Sayeal. You're a friend, and I trust your judgement, as well as my own." He drew his firearm carefully.

"Let's go.

Sayeal, slightly relieved, nodded. She drew Spellweave from it's protective sheath, moved slightly ahead of Leel, and placed a hand on his shoulder, stopping him in his tracks.

"here," she whispered, and dropped two rings into his hands. She tapped one of them and whispered softly "this one allows you to see in the dark". She tapped the other. "protection from magic." she nodded as he slipped them on, and then cast spells on herself to mimc the night-sight effect and grant her a bit of defese should a wandering daedra be about. She led the way to a small gate on the east side of the compound. This is where she used to meet Rex to trade information. She tapped the wall, speaking a few words, and felt the door re-arrange itself under her touch. With the lock disabled, she pushed it open and slipped in. She turned into the room and called lightning to her hand, ready for whatever may be within. She heard Leel land behind her as he crawled through the room.

"From here on, we stick together, watch my back, and I've got yours. We move for the dining hall, but cautiously. If Rex is willing to pull a Xivali out into the open, who knows what he keeps hidden in this damned place. She mentally checked her mana reserves, found that they were fine, and nodded toward the door on the other side of the narrow corridor. "Through there."

Spoiler:
Right, im'a move the witch-hunters along.
From within the hall Antus could hear heavy footsteps and breathing, whatever was in there, was going to be hard to defeat.

Taking a deep breath to calm his nerves, he quicky pushed the door open and ran into the hall, immediatly noticing the Xivilai open fired on it, having seemingly no effect on it.

Leel was fascinated by the rings which Sayeal had given him to wear; he utilized the first, which allowed him to see in darkness, as he scrambled down the corridor and to one side of the designated door. He stood from his crouched position and opened the door both slowly and carefully, his weapon held firmly and his eyes alert.

Glancing over as Leel took his position, Sayeal reached across the door and turned the ancient handle to no apparent effect.

"Locked." she whispered. With a though, she placed her hand on the door, drew on her magic and felt the tumblers click into place, albeit grudgingly and noisily. She pulled the door open and moved in, leel's gun aimed over her shoulder. She lit her left hand up, feeling a slight disturbance in the air as something moved nearby. She tapped Leel on the back of the hand, letting him know that they weren't alone. A soft glowing light came from a corner ahead, leading to the belief that someone with a torch was coming around the corner. Sayeal whispered softly into Leel's ear.

"Be ready, we can see better than him, the torch will destroy his night sight beyond it's reach. She called on her magic once again and primed her lightning, readying it for use. She crouched in a corridor nearby and waited eagerly for whoever was coming around the corner.

"Time to get into this fight" she whispered under her breath, tightening her grip on her sword.

"Right," Leel responded quietly, aiming his weapon at the wall which the unknown figure would soon be positioned against. He prepared himself to quickly identify the person, knowing they very easily could be a harmless staff member.

The moment Antus burst into the room, the Xivilai went into a fit of rage. With Antus’ bullets thumping against its skin and flesh, the monstrous Daedra sprinted down the long table on all fours, blasting through the large, gorgeous windows of the conference room. The creature was free.

“YOU FOOL!!!” Franco boomed. Firing a bullet into Antus’ direction, he leaped off of the table. The Breton ran towards Isabel. “We must find Lucien now!” he shouted to his wife.

“Yes!” Isabel replied in panic, pulling the mask off of her face and throwing it to the floor.

“Come, Masters!” Romulus shouted to Franco and Isabel. “I shall go with you and provide you with cover!”

Franco, his wife, and his butler made way for the separate exit near the end of the table. Meanwhile, the rest of Rex’s Sorcerers in the room went into a frenzy of panic, charging for the doorway Antus was standing in and firing lightning bolts and balls of flame in hundreds of different directions. Franco’s soldiers lost complete control over the situation. Some were trampled while others attempted to control the panicking crowd of masked aristocrats by force.

__________

Meanwhile, the property itself was undergoing a battle unlike anyone had ever seen. The Xivilai sprinted across the gigantic roofs of the Manor. Various Rex soldiers fired upon the seemingly indestructible monster, but their bullets did more damage to the estate than it did to the Daedra.

The Xivilai leaped off of the roof with outstanding power, landing directly on top of one of the guests’ carriages, crushing it completely. “SHOOT THE MONSTER!!!” the soldiers screamed. The Daedra was hardly even phased by the soldiers’ bullets. It tore through the gardens with unnatural speed. Five soldiers stood boldly in front of the gate, firing their rifles at the Xivilai. The creature leaped forward, ripping through the flesh of three soldiers and propelling itself through the gate. The three soldiers’ bloody corpses lay on the stone road as their two remaining comrades continued firing their rifles at the Daedric beast.

The Xivilai was now free to roam the Imperial City.

__________

When Murtagh pushed on the wall, it spun around with great speed, pushing him into another separate hall of darkness. The wall closed behind him. It was impossible to budge. Venim was trapped.

The hall was completely dark. There was absolutely no light whatsoever.

Suddenly, the sinister voice of a woman echoed throughout the halls. “I sense the soul of a mortal has entered!” she said. It was followed by a seductive chuckle. “But this is not the blood of my beloved Franco. Who has dared to enter these forbidden halls?”

Khazakra dropped his rifle and looked to antus

"Finally, after 20 years I have something interesting to do. Lets see if I can't slow it down a bit.."

He sprinted in the direction the xivilai left, hoping to tweak some important parts of its mind..

Spoiler:
Wow... bad move huh?
Antus stood firing at the Sorcerors charging towards him, killing four, the fifth fired a massive bolt of lightning at him. Antus fell to the ground in agony, barely staying concious until the pain subsided, was unable to hit the sorceror standing above him with his revolver.

The sorceror in a show of arrogance drew a dagger incredibly slowly, too slowly, thanks to that Antus was able to grab his sword and slash him across the torso, he grabbed his revolver and started running for the gate of the manor.

Venim raised his right hand. He clicked his fingers. There was a burst of green energy, and it ignited: the light was bright enough to illuminate what was in front of him.

He looked upwards. Rows and rows of what looked like shelves: they were more like jail cells.

Venim stepped forwards and held the light out. The skeleton of a Scamp lay within. He sighed. These cells were where Franco must carry out his experiments on Daedra.

The Hunter paused when the feminine voice spoke. He lowered his hand, ending his spell and vanishing into darkness. He crouched low and sniffed the air. Spider Daedra. Quite large. Probably more than one. He didn't fear the spiders--just overgrown insects--but he worried what else Franco had guarding these tombs. A Daedroth? A Vampire? A Xivali, even?

He decided not to respond. Let the [&@%!] come--he would fill her with enough silver to buy this mansion.

Just then, the commotion broke out upstairs. He looked up. Roaring--a real Xivali. Speak of the Daedra....

Murtagh walked over to the stone door. Blocked. Evidently designed to trap something at least as strong as a Dremora.

He drew back his right fist. Powered it into the brick wall. Cracked it. He drew his fist back to strike again. This would take a while...

“Awww…” the voice said to Venim in a soft, almost motherly way. “That will take a while, sweetheart. Breaking through walls with your bare hands could hurt you.”

Yet in the faint distance of the vast dungeons, the voices of two conversing males could be heard. Their words were not able to be understood, as their voices could only be heard through echoes. But they were still loud enough for Venim to hear.

__________

The Sorcerers trampled Antus before he could reach the exit of the manor. They charged out of the doors and bolted over the stone path towards their carriages circled around the fountain in front of the manor itself. They fought each other during their attempts to reach each of their specific carriages in time. A few of the carriages’ drivers joined in.

Several of the Sorcerers had managed to climb into their vehicles. Their drivers snapped the reins and made way for the exit gate as quickly as possible. Others remained fighting their own brethren in their desperate attempts to escape. About ten soldiers made their efforts to control the situation, but their actions only resulted with more violence.

It was pure chaos.

Meanwhile, two Breton soldiers approached Antus in the manor. One pointed his bayoneted rifle at Antus’ head. The other pointed his rifle at the Witchhunter’s torso. “State your name!” one of them ordered.

__________

Franco, along with his wife, rushed through the halls of the gigantic manor. They were escorted by four soldiers - two Altmer, and two Bretons. Franco had his arm over Isabel’s shoulder, protecting her as best as possible.

They were headed to Lucien’s quarters. And they were headed there fast.

Antus used his telekinesis to throw the first soldiers aim towards the second one, the first one, panicked and shot his comrade, with that distraction Antus had time to run like hell before being shot at, just reaching the outside of Rex manors premises before being shot in the left leg.

Agony shot through him as he began to crawl away from the battle inside the manor.
