How much time do you spend in front of your Computer?
I think I spend about 6 hours in front of my computer and another 4 at school. On average.

Daily? Can't say I have a fixed amount of time. Some days I spend 5+ hours on the computer and others no time at all. It really comes down what I'm doing that afternoon or weekend. But, in average, I'm going to have to say 3-5. I do spend 80% of my home time on the computer, though.

I usually spend around six hours per day on the computer. Except for today. I'm off to play Halo instead.

Re: How much time do you spend in front of your Computer?
Well, let's see. From 9 am - 6 pm I work on a computer. Before I leave I may spend 30 minutes checking my favorite sites, and once I'm settled at home I spend another 2 or 4 hours doing whatever strikes my fancy. I want to say that's too much computer time, but on the weekends I'm usually out of the house and away from the computer so I can bask in the sunlight. As long as I stay active, I think I'm okay!
Besides, unfortunately a lot of the working culture in the US is based around the concept of sitting in front of the computer all day. It's just something I got sucked into at a young age...can't break that habit now, I'm afraid!

If I'm at home, and awake, I'm on my laptop.
Can watch most things I used to watch on TV on my laptop, and don't really play consoles too much anymore.
I guess I read sometimes too.

Far too much time is all i can sigh. And I have a computer-related job, so it's about to get worse.

Though on weekends, I am usually on.

5-6 hours at least after school.
Weekends have a lot more. I don't like sunlight, it hurts my eyes.

Re: How much time do you spend in front of your Computer?
I'm still taking some classes so I do a lot of schoolwork on my computer...I also enjoy writing, all of which happens on my computer...then I have the small business...so I spend a decent amount of time in front of my computer, but it is almost all work of some sort rather than just spending time in front of the computer
If I knew ahead of time where and when I would need to physically defend myself or others, I would simply avoid that time and place...but I don't...hence CPL...

Hm. I don't think there's an easy answer to this question. Some days I won't go near a computer, and some I will spend practically glued to the thing. But over all...too many.

A lot. Like 6 hours a day when I'm at mom's house. A lot less when I'm at dad's house since he believes internet was created by Satan and there's always work to do.

If by computers you mean personal computers, then virtually none. Every single computer and laptop in my house is either broken or very poor at the moment, and I barely ever used them even when they were all working.

A helluva lot of time then. I'm never really fully concentrating on one thing, but I tend to check my iPod every 20 minutes or so, watch about an hour of TV and play a few games every now and then, so I'd say... 2 hours?mars wrote:Screens in general?

Re: How much time do you spend in front of your Computer?
I don't have a computer. I use all my consoles for gaming and multimedia. Case in point i'm watching a movie on one of my 360s and typing this on one of my PS3s. If it doesn't HAVE to be a monitor then i'm ALLWAYS on something.

A lot, my days off I spend on it. Though not always, I do tend to be gone the whole day as well.

Re: How much time do you spend in front of your Computer?
I only spend maybe 1-2 hours on the PC on weekdays, but it can sometimes be much more on weekends. But even if I spend maybe 2 hours just flicking through forums/youtube videos etc on a Saturday I feel an awful pang of regret when I see the time or the light fading... Afterwards I always think about what else I could have done instead.
