Re: Should M'aiq Return?
If the whole 200 years thing is an issue...
How about an ultra rare BOOK SERIES.
"The Writings of M'aiq"
A Volume for each game, all containing various writings explaining why M'aiq is right and we are wrong:P
Pictures too, not because we are kids, because it just adds to it.
I'd quite like that idea.

Re: Should M'aiq Return?
Actually...that's kind of a cool Idea...maybe a cult of M'aiq to go with it? And all the members look exactly like him? OKay, the last part I was kidding...sort of...NordFtw wrote:If the whole 200 years thing is an issue...

Re: Should M'aiq Return?
An easter egg cult/quest series.
No way of discovering it other than by accident while exploring.
The Cult of M'aiq, NPCs asking questions we would have asked, except they speak to a large monument of M'aiq in his full glory.
To speak to M'aiq through his shrine, we are instructed to leave a Colovian Fur Hat as an offering.
We are instructed by the monument to go deep into the cave and kill various NPCs named "Complaints" and then return to the monument.
Our reward is "The Writings of M'aiq: Volume 5"
The rest of the books are found throughout Skyrim, each detailing a different game.

Why end the tradition? M'aiq should definitely make a comeback.

Who doesn't love M'aiq? He's our greatest crazy friend in the Elder Scrolls Universe! I would throw a brick at my computer whenever the Bethesda logo came up if they excluded him!!!! He keeps the humor and drama balanced!!!!!!!!

Re: Should M'aiq Return?
Hey I know! M'aiq traveled to Skyrim because he heard something would happen there but was frozen. Now that something happens a dragon thaws him and he can speak lies once more!

I was obviously joking. But don't talk to me about seriousness with all those ridiculous ideas in this thread.Offtopic wrote:How is that possible, freezing not to mention the dragon fire would easily kill him. Of course I have noticed colored text. Who wouldn't. Just seems like your trying to push your opinions to the forefront of attention. And in this case it worked, and was reveiwed by me.

That's not true though. I colour my text because I think it gives users more individuality.Offtopic wrote:Of course I have noticed colored text. Who wouldn't. Just seems like your trying to push your opinions to the forefront of attention. And in this case it worked, and was reveiwed by me.

Re: Should M'aiq Return?
How about:
A book of M'aiq
M'aiq as the messages on the loading screen
M'aiq as a ghost wandering the wilderness
Of course we only need these if people really can't just except him being there and need away of justifying it. Personally I would be happy if he turned up even with no explanation.

Actually, that might be cool. If he was a ghost, that would make it easier for them to put him in futer games.Offtopic wrote:I wouludn't want a ghost D:River wrote:How about:

123 People said he should return. I wasn't even aware we had that many active members.

Of course he should return. I don't care if it's impossible. We're talking about M'aiq here, guys. M'aiq. If he doesn't return, then...I'll...I'll...
...Actually, I don't know what I'll do.

Re: Should M'aiq Return?
I'd be half-tempted to chuck my Vincent (I named my computer) into the nearest waste bin. But then I'd fish it out and apologize, possibly grovel, because my computer is the best thing that's happened to me since birth. And my mom. But those two went hand in hand.

Re: Should M'aiq Return?
Exactly. M'aiq is an institution now and an irreplaceable part of Elder Scrolls lore. It'd be like getting rid of a Daedric Prince. It wouldn't make sense.Wikia_Boy wrote:M'aiq is obivously of higher athority. Therefor he cannot die.

M'aiq don't care bout no 200 years. He don't care bout no laws of life or age. M'aiq knows all.
M'aiq knows where Waldo is.
M'aiq is the reason he's hiding.
