Arch-Mage Matt has generously decided to join in the effort to keep the Forum running as smoothly as possible. He'll be a greenie; it may take some hours for Ratwar to finish the bureaucratic part... but don't worry, it will come, coins and all.

I hate to be a downer, but wouldn't it have been better to wait for the other mods to be elected first?
