I feel like mars' riddle should be easy, but it's not clicking...probably because it's 3 am. I'm gonna throw out the only thing my brain is coming up with, which is the gauntlets of the crusader. I dunno I'd call the Chorrol temple "tiny," though.

Oghma Infinium :?:
Come to think of it, I think it might also be a useful artefact (say, an amulet) which is kept in a jewelry box ("tiny place") :)
In between the lines there's a lot of obscurity.
I'm not inclined to resign to maturity.

Tamriel's drums sound and her chorus sings,
Announcing my arrival upon a blood-soaked picnic.
A mighty warrior am I,
Once locked in a colossal war.
But now I bring only peace.
Tamriel's drums sound and her chorus sings,
Announcing my departure from a flowering grave.

Who am I?

EDIT: I apologize if my riddle is confusing, this is the first time I've had the opportunity to present one, I did my best and I hope it goes well. Good luck :D

Curiously poetic...I'm wondering how much is veiled hints at our target and how much is just flowery prose. The first line, being repeated, we have to think is somehow significant and not just used as a literary device, but that is definitely a possibility.

"Blood-soaked picnic" is definitely a phrase that catches my attention. That's much more specific than the rest of the riddle. I'm not aware of any actual picnics in Oblivion, but what can that be a metaphor for?

The last thing that seems out-of-place is in the last line. The target is departing from a flowering grave, not departing for it. Unless this is a typo, that means the target is no longer dead.

Frankly, I'm not sure. I'm gonna take a stab in the dark and say Pelinal Whitestrake. He fits the middle lines and I could argue for the opening and closing couplets.

I like the whole analysis, Azuarc. The first and last phrases are referring to the thunder and lightning as well as the two ravens involved in Ebonarm's arrival and departure. And yes, the blood-soaked picnic was a metaphor for the men in the battle to which Ebonarm was coming to -- feasting on hate and violence in their efforts to kill each other. The final line was a hint at the ending for the story in which a rose is described as growing out of a dead warrior's grave.

I didn't expect this to be solved quite so quickly. Good job, Lockycharms.

Probably easy but whatever I just made it up:
I'll give energy back to you.
Infrared has nothing on me.
While I may weigh you down,
You will be happy when I save you in combat.

I can be one of two things, You must find both.
What am I?

Wow, I've never even heard of Ebonarm...the wiki mentions him in relation to Daggerfall, but where is he in Oblivion?

For locky's riddle, it's obviously an alchemy ingredient that has Restore Fatigue, Night-eye and Burden. Fourth is probably Restore Health. So going to the ingredients list...ok, must be off on something. The weighing down must be Burden, though, so let's just check the Burden ingredients...

Yeah, Orange looks like a potential. Restore Fatigue, Detect Life, Burden, and Shield. And tomatoes have the exact same assortment. I'd say that's got to be it.

Other thoughts:
A Radish has Restore Fatigue, Chameleon and Burden. The chameleon could meet both lines 2 and 4.
Viper's Bugloss Leaves have Cure Paralysis, Night-Eye, Burden, and Resist Paralysis, which fits.
Watermelon is Restore Fatigue, Light, Burden, and Damage Health (which used as a poison could save you in combat.)

But since we need something that is two possibilities, I agree with squirtle.

You are correct, it appears I made a mistake, the wiki does not mention him or the book I used as my sole reference as being involved in Oblivion -- I thought I remembered reading the book within Oblivion.

Red Guardian wrote:Varla stones or those blue stones that recover your magicka (forgot the name).
The blue ones you're referring to would be welkynd stones.

As for Lockycharms' riddle, my second guess is this: potions and poisons. The effects described don't seem to be specific enough for me to be confident in specific ingredients. However, it is certainly possible that I am wrong.
