What kind of character will you be?
I'm kinda on the edge of a "Viking" type Nord since we are in Skyrim, but also I might do a Mixed skill Dark Elf, what character will you make?

I'll be using the same Character I used through Morrowind and Oblivion, my Argonian Treasure hunter.

Re: What kind of character will you be?
Breton magician. Probably with the blade skill, like my main in Oblivion. I WOULD say that was my main in Morrowind as well, but considering I suck royal horse **** at that game, I feel that such a claim is both illegitimate and insulting (I haven't even completed Morrowind, I get stuck/killed no matter what...or end up in some God forsaken hell hole)
I used to make polls, but then I took an arrow in the knee.

Re: What kind of character will you be?
I want to do a powerful Nordic female warrior first.
Yet I want to play a guy that's all Conon the Barbarian like.
What to choose, what to choose. XD

Re: What kind of character will you be?
I'm gonna use a Nord on my first playthrough. I played as an Imperial in Oblivion and a Dunmer in Morrowind, so it seems appropriate. And it would just look silly using a dragon shout playing as a Bosmer.

Re: What kind of character will you be?
Assuming I can have a huge beard, a Nord "barbarian" (don't forget classes have been removed). Otherwise, probably a sneaky elf, as usual. Depending on how they look, and assuming they're still the best assassins, I may even choose Bosmer this time. I just hope they don't all look pudgy.

I'm going to make a Hand-to-Hand magic user. I need to learn more about the game before I figure out what race/armor/spells I'm going to use.

Re: What kind of character will you be?
I'm going to be a great character, that's what kind of character I'll be.
Honestly, I have no idea. It will be a spur of the moment kind of thing. But it's likely I'm either going to create an Imperial warrior or an Argonian assassin.

Re: What kind of character will you be?
Some mage type of character, rising in the Mages Guild, just like my first character in Oblivion and Morrowind
Twice and twice shall he be marked, twice to live and twice to die.
Once the heron, to set his path. Twice the heron, to name him true.
Once the Dragon, for remembrance lost. Twice the Dragon, for the price he must pay.

Re: What kind of character will you be?
I tried doing hand-to-hand in Morrowind, it took me a while to realize that it only drains fatigue.Korutsuru wrote:thats original, i had never use the hand to hand skill.Fist wrote:I'm going to make a Hand-to-Hand magic user. But Hand-to-Hand in Oblivion is beast and way more satisfying then killing with a sword.

Re: What kind of character will you be?
On any given day I play the game, I will be whatever kind of character I feel like being on that day. I'm a chronic restarter, which means in truth I will be the kind of character that barely gets past the tutorial.

hopefully i wont have to take any magic whatsoever in this one.

I'd like to say "I don't know" or "depends on how the races look"..... I'd like to say that, but the min/max-er in me says "depends on the race perks"

Re: What kind of character will you be?
I tried my best to stick to hand to hand in Oblivion, but it was just awful - so if they've made it a more believable choice this time round I'd like to try some kind of Monk or Hermit, who doesn't wear armour or use weapons - just lives off the land and uses his body (and perhaps some magic) as weapons.

Re: What kind of character will you be?
Why didn't you like hand-to-hand? I can easily disarm my opponents, they fall to the ground, and I beat them to a pulp.Coupaholic wrote:I tried my best to stick to hand to hand in Oblivion, but it was just awful - so if they've made it a more believable choice this time round I'd like to try some kind of Monk or Hermit, who doesn't wear armour or use weapons - just lives off the land and uses his body (and perhaps some magic) as weapons.
Also I like that second thing you said. That would be awesome.

Re: What kind of character will you be?
A Dark Elf. On my first playthrough at least. Dunno what skills to use but probably something hybrid for starters until i find what i like best in the game. I was a nightblade in Morrowind and a Mage in Oblivion. Probably a mage with some fighting skills but no armour or even a pure mage unless they manage to screw the magic up (:
