I did too... But I'm not so hot on the "no classes" thing. It screams Fable to me. Or less skills again. Or perks. oh yeah... and level scaling...Blackfire wrote:Mr. Mischief wrote:You guys might also want to read This.I read that and this magical white stickey stuff appeared in my pants..On combat:

These pics do look pretty cool but how can we be 100% sure these are authentic? Sum1 could have forged these to give false hope to certain features in the game. And also how could they've gotten these from the game informer magazine? . But if these are the real thing you can easily tell that it is going to be one of the most epic games ever!

have been A LOT of fake material on internet, but you can know that this is true because the art and pages looks authentic (i cant say the same about the fake material we know) and who in this planet can fake those pages?

Im not trying to say that they're definitely not real but some one could have put a lot of effort in to fool people like us. But yes if they ar real it looks as if its a few more hundred hours stuck with my TV.Korutsuru wrote:well...DaKizmasta wrote:Only the cover reveal has been shown officially by game informer on the website look for your self

There is no mention of khajit in the article? None at all? They are essential... who will supply Skyrim with it's supply of sweet moon sugar.Korutsuru wrote:i dont care the first person viewmadgod14 wrote:tHERES STILL 1ST PERSON VIEW RIGHT?im concerned about my beautifull khajiit:

Re: I ALREADY READ SOME PAGES OF THE "SKYRIM MAGAZINE"
Ahhh! I tried not to look at this thread. I told myself I would wait for the magazine. Why didn't I just renew my subscription to Game Informer when I had the chance?
Oh that's right, because I'm poor. Anyway, those screenshots look amazing! There's definitely some great potential for a beautiful game here, just so long as they can keep other areas just as inspired. There's a few things that worry me though.
1) Doing away with classes and having all skills contribute to a level up. This just sounds like everyone will eventually end up becoming a jack of all trades type character, which I hate. I want to see some real differences between play styles, each with their own pros and cons.
2) The game will still be levelled.
Hopefully this will just be for random side quests and the more major parts of the game will still require you to overcome some hefty challenges. Honestly, I probably won't even be that angry if the whole game is levelled just so long as bandits are wearing appropriate equipment.
Anyway, I just scanned everything in this thread because I don't want to spoil things for myself too much. Now I'm going to spend a good chunk of time tomorrow tracking down someone with a GI subscription... or have they even come yet? Can anyone confirm?
