Re: falmer
Aren't they extinct? I'm sure there will be Falmer ruins, though.
I don't always drink mead, but when I do, I prefer Black-Briar.

Re: falmer
Rieklings appear in bloodmoon may be descended from the Falmer.A race known as ice worriors appear in Glacier Crawl in the game shadowkey may be remnants of the lost race of Falmer.

Re: falmer
Falmer will probably be as common as the Ayleids in Cyrodiil. I'd like to find some descendants or something, maybe a small, desolate and forgotten settlement in the southern mountain ranges.
Also:
It is possible that Hrothgar has a mystical connection with the vanished Falmer.

Re: falmer
This seems to make the most sense. Morrowind had the Dwemer, Oblivion had the Ayleids.Duderino Abides wrote:Aren't they extinct? I'm sure there will be Falmer ruins, though.
I can see the Ice Elves having some preeeeetty sweet ruins though. Hopefully Beth does a good job with it.

Re: falmer
I realise I'm probably seeing this the wrong way because I'm not exactly an expert on games, let alone these, but I thought the "cover" image on the second video on the gameinformer website page (titled Road to Skyrim: The Todd Howard Interview under News) looked like a falmer? Then I looked again and thought the image looked too grainy to be new... thoughts?
edit: Derp, my fail. Looks like that's what the dunmer used to look like XD

Re: falmer
Possibly as ruins, like the Dwemer and Ayelids before them. Both those types of dungeons were the most fun to explore in my opinion, with the Dwemer Ruins having badass robots and ghosts; and the Ayelids having traps and an expansion pack dedicated to them. I could see Falmer having interesting ruins to explore around.

Re: falmer
Ruins would be cool. We already know there are going to be Dwemer ruins, why not Falmer?

Re: falmer
Maybe we'll yet again encounter a high elf looking for evidence of the falmer and finds it

Re: falmer
But did the falmer really build these huge underground cities? On Solstheim I didn't get the impression, maybe ice castles like the Rieklings. I think underground ruins will be exclusively of Dwemer origin.
